Eyelash Fairies

Susan was fantastic! I was in need of a refill and she was very accommodating, moving her schedule around to fit me in ahead of the weekend. The Union Square location is convenient and Susan’s private room is comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Susan understood exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be back!

I went in to get my eyelashes refilled and they turned out beautifully as always. Sue really understand the look I’m going for. I must have been a drag queen in my past life because I love eyelashes! I’ve gone to so many places, have even gotten them done while traveling abroad (don’t do it! Language barrier + unknown glue/​lash sources = not worth it!) Sue does a great job but she’s also quick!
But the reason she’s getting a 5 star review is because when I went in yesterday I had some redness and peeling. She noticed it right away and gave me a serum and moisturizer. I woke up today and no peeling! Still some mild redness but I am truly amazed at the improvement. This problem popped up 2 weeks ago and I’ve been trying all sorts of moisturizers, ointments, medicated creams and none of them have worked as well as what she gave me. Sue truly is a skin care expert! Thank you for fixing my face!’

The first time I met Susan she was an intructor for a eyelash extensions class. Susan had very unique techinques that she used on my eyelashes and I fell in love with the way she put them on. They look very natural i felt like a new person when i walked out.
I asked her for my wedding to put some natural but beautiful eyelashes on and the pics are amazing I love the effect that I has from the eyelashes for my wedding. I would really recommand anyone to take a class with Susan or go to her for some beautiful lashes.

A-​MAZING!
I had my lashes done (Glam set) at a popular NYC lash salon, and went to Susan for my touch-​up two weeks later — they looked 20x better when she was done with them. I wish I’d had come to her to begin with, and, since I’ve found her, I can’t go anywhere else — everyone else is just sub par.
She is the best eyelash technician I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She is so quick and accurate, has a super light touch and has a good eye for making my lashes look as if they were naturally this gorgeous. I’ve had good experiences with Novalash in the past, and that’s what she uses. And, somehow, Susan gets my lashes to look better for longer.
I love chatting with S while she works and my time here just flies by. I always look forward to my appointments. Don’t want too many people to know about this beauty secret of mine, but I will tell you that she is the best. Highly recommended!

Got my eyelashes done last week and love them! Still intact and still look great. She was meticulous and very gentle. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend!
