I am so impressed by Dr. Gill and the entire staff at SKYNgenuity. Jodi at the front desk is so sweet and friendly and goes out of her way to treat me like a friend. Dr. Gill’s knowledge and expertise is beyond incredible. I am constantly impressed by her! Since I have been going to SKYNgenuity, it has become my favorite place!!! Run, don’t walk, there to start experiencing their amazing services, you won’t be sorry!

Dr. Jill is the most skilled, knowledgeable and sweet doctor to ever work on my face. I have had unbelievable results. She has made me look like the absolute best version of myself. You are never rushed and she explains all she does thoroughly. I can’t possible convey in words the confidence she instilled in me by her professionalism. To boot the office is gorgeous and easy to get to with public transportation.

When walking in right away the staff was amazing & funny when checking me in. there was no waiting after paper work was done. I was also offered some yummy tea.
Then when seeing the NP she was so comforting. Very throw with reading my paper work & discussing the procedure.
After procedure was done the post care was then discussed to my full understanding.
This place makes you feel comfortable & safe. I will come back & recommend people here.

I wouldn’t trust this place for a chemical peel. They fooled me into a more expensive peel which did nothing. I told them I wanted a strong peel and was able to deal with my skin looking burned and peeling while healing. I got absolutely no results. I’ve had peels before this was totally a rip off. Stay away from them for peels. Jodi is not very accomodating and doesn’t really care if you return.

They are the meanest and have the rudest staff ever. I was late for my appointment due to work emergency and they harassed me into paying for the session that is 180 bucks. Also not to mention my hair still grows and they keep asking me to do more sessions. Money suckers. And this was my 5^th session. By the way you can only get fridays as appointment! Hate them !!!
Good luck you guys, I hope you get customers who can manage your high standards of discipline and timeliness. Unfortunately you promise a lot of technology and skill to help with hair growth the first time and somehow things go downhill from there. I did agree to pay fine for being late as a considerate customer but clearly you had no regard for that. And yes I was late for my appointment but I called twenty minutes before to inform you so. I did not know that you are accumulating penalty for being 5– 7 minutes late for a ten minute session. Please continue with your disciplined service to customers. Its completely my will to hate you and express it wherever. Everyone can choose for themselves if they want good service or a lesson on timeliness from a laser salon.

I bought a groupon for juviderm. I had the most AMAZING experience with the doctor. She was not only a perfectionist but ab amazing human being. I indeed had such a good experience that I stayed to get Botox. The only thing is that juviderm has worn off and it’s o Ly been two months. I would get restalyn next time.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Gillian. I purchased a Groupon for Botox and was pleasantly surprised at the high level of experience and medical information provided by Dr. Gillian at my appointment. I felt I was well educated, not rushed and not given a «hard sell» for additional units. Very professional, clean, efficient service. I highly recommend Skyngenuity, Dr. Gillian and her staff.

I used a Groupon to get my lips filled with Juvederm by Dr. Gill, and I could not recommend SKYNgenuity more highly! Dr. Gill and Jodi are warm, knowledgeable and welcomed me with open arms. I was treated like a VIP from the moment I walked in the door. I would absolutely refer a friend, and will definitely be returning.
During the procedure, I felt very safe in Dr. Gill’s hands because she was very methodical about applying the filler, rather than just rushing through it to get me out the door. She frequently would pause to look at my lips from different angles to ensure the best outcome. I felt like she cared about getting me the best result as much as I did, if not MORE! And my lips look fabulous!
Regarding the negative reviews – I’m shocked that anyone could have had a bad experience with these wonderful ladies. I feel terrible that someone who isn’t taking any personal responsibility, and who didn’t do their research, would try to sully their reputation. I hope if you’re concern by the reviews, you take them with a grain of salt.
Dr. Gill and Jodi were both totally clear that the Groupon applies to one area only. They are committed to total honesty, so if you come in wanting a more drastic result than what one syringe/​20 cc’s of Juvederm/​Botox will cover, they’re going to recommend that you get additional product to achieve the desired result. The last thing they want is for someone to leave unsatisfied, and the best way to avoid that is to tell people exactly what outcome they can expect from the get-​go. You have to have realistic expectations. My recommendation is to do your research – look at before and after pics online and see how much product was used. If you want to make a huge change to your lips or long/​deep wrinkles with filler, you’re going to need more than just a syringe of Juvederm. That’s just common sense. For me, one syringe was perfect for attaining the natural plumpness in my lips that I wanted.
Also, they do take before and after photos of **just** the area being worked on for your chart to track progress and to have a solid record of the results (mine were from nose to chin). They are not to be posted online or shared without your consent. This is standard practice for any cosmetic procedure.
Full disclosure: I had met Dr. Gill many years prior to my appointment (before she opened SKYNgenuity), and she had always come off as intelligent and amiable in the few times we’d met. I had never been her patient before, but when I stumbled upon the Groupon I was thrilled to see that it was someone I trusted.
I can’t recommend Dr. Gill more highly. I’m so glad to have someone who cares about keeping me beautiful as much as I do! :-)

If reference to my horrific experience at your «spa.» Jodi– you were not even in the procedure room with me. How are you able to comment on my private conversation? This was a private consult… not done by you. I was told I would look weird without the purchase of another Groupon. That… Jodi is a fact. That is why I got so upset and did not/​do not trust your Spa. That is why I left, and in my haste left my Groupon with you at your office. Believe me… I would have loved to write a glowing review– of finding a great place — close to where I live. This unfortunately, is not the case. This was an afwul experience. And I feel scammed– just warning the other groupon users.
Not sure why you wouldn’t want to continue with Groupon– seems like your making out! You got my appointment for free– and I paid $ 100 + for NOTHING!

Ive been to this place before, but it was a different name. When I purchased my Groupon I didn’t realize it. when I arrived at the door I was shocked, the last time I was here I had a horrible experience. (I think it was called Skin Laser something).
But thank god I did go in. It’s a whole new business, no more crazy people burning my skin. There is actually a medical professional, and experienced estheticians. I had a fabulous facial, and cant wait to go back to start my peels, and maybe some lasers.
Would definitely recommend!

Cannot recommend this place more! I’d gotten the Juvederm for my lips, and my experience with Gillian was fantastic. I’ve had the procedure done before, many months ago, but this time around was so much different. Practically painless, zero embarrassment when out in public immediately after (I was prepared for hiding out a few days!), and the amount of information Dr. Gillian gave me was beyond appreciated. Jo (whom I believe is the owner) was the person I spoke with upon making the appointment, and she’s such a doll! She gave me her personal experience with the exact same procedure and raved about Dr. Gill’s precision and ability.
All in all, the most positive experience i’ve had with any sort of (kinda scary — hey, it’s your face) cosmetic procedure. Thank you girls!!!

Be aware of the scheme artists who charge cancelation or no show fee of full price, though they don’t tell this while you book your appointment. Outrageous. Receptionist called me a confirmed my appointment, but didn’t mention what day exactly. And that was «my fault»!!! And I has to pay for service I didn’t get.

From the nest candles filling the reception with a soothing rich smell to Jody who manages the clients, offering tea and friendly conversation. One realizes immediately that they have set out to create a soothing experience. This place is impeccable,
I wanted Botox and though I have had it before Gill, who is a seasoned and creative injector/​artist/​nurse practitioner really studied my face. She took the time to explain about fillers and gave me a complete and thorough overview of the process.
She was careful to actually read and discuss my medical history and hear of my past experience with dermal fillers as well as what I was hoping to achieve at the visit.

With kids and financial challenges. Botox is a gift I give myself. It helps me to appear more relaxed and youthful.
Gill treated me with respect and kindness and wasn’t a typical «inject the Gabella region/​hand over your groupon/​and go»

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I get my facials here by Michelle who is amazing. My skin is always glowing after I leave and it really keeps my skin looking fresh and good for weeks. Also, Dr. Gill is extremely knowledgeable and you immediately feel at ease under her care.
The customer service is fantastic and you can tell that everyone who works here genuinely cares about their patients. They will NEVER push products on you, but I happen to be a product junkie, and both Michelle and Dr. Gill have been so helpful with recommending products for my skin (they have all been amazing). Jodi, who works at the front, is also extremely helpful and will gladly answer any questions you have when making an appointment. Love it here and I highly recommend trying it out!

December will be my fourth Botox treatment at Skyngenuity. I had originally gone with a groupon for 20 units, a newbie to Botox I had tried a few other places, but was dissatisfied. Gill and Jodi are amazing, very warm and friendly. Gill is very thorough during the procedure, no matter how many times you have been there she explains what she’s doing and why. I will come here forever for everything, they aren’t the cheapest, but they also aren’t the most expensive. You get full attention from both ladies the entire time you are there and so I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else

I cannot speak for the entire staff — however I will speak regarding Carmen. Carmen is AMAZING! I was very nervous about my treatments; Carmen was helpful and walked me through everything — explained to me all that she was doing and walked me through any expected changes in temperature, pain level, etc., and consistently made sure that I was okay.
My skin has had amazing results. Carmen really got to know my skin and has recommended great products for my skin. Carmen will sit with you and walk you through any hesitations that you have regarding any procedure you may go through. I recommend that if you choose to get any treatment from skyngenuity you go to Carmen; Carmen is now my skincare go to person.

I cannot wait for my next visit to this fantastic spa … From the moment I entered I was impressed by the warm & professional attitude of the staff. Gillian Palette performed my treatment, and, just 2 days after, the results are fantastic. I instinctively knew I was in good hands — turns out I was right. The biggest compliment I can give, is that although I went on a (great) groupon deal ~ I won’t hesitate to return as a full price customer. And, I will be referring my friends & family.
