loved my first experience at ENHANCE Aesthetic Arts Manhattan medspa! Dr. Gladstein made me feel very well taken care of, the practice was clean and beautiful and my results were excellent. I’d be happy to go back for hydra facials and Sculptura treatments!

After hearing so much about hydra facials from friends I finally decided to give this a shot! It was my first facial ever, in generals a Ive always been a pretty low maintenance sort of girl. Hitting 30 last year sort of triggered an interest in skin care and taking more pains with my body overall.
I had an excellent experience and I have to say it completely exceeded my expectations. I was slightly nervous going in, but the staff was so friendly and easygoing I was instantly put at ease. They started off by taking the time to address all concerns (very patiently) and through out the procedure I was walked through each step and explained the benefits of each procedure.
I look forward to visiting the spa again. It is a bit pricey but no more than others and I think that it’s justified to pay for the quality of the service you receive.
Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back :)

Sari Katz is amazing! She did my lips, i can say she is an artist! So nice, gentle and with easy hands! love my look, she did new shape for me because my lips from before was result of a bad work and no experience doctor! She fix it, gave me a new natural look and full lips! Enhance aesthetics looks beautiful, staffs are very nice ! I was using groupon offer for the first time costumer, but i will come back because its not about money its about service and professionals!

I got Juvederm lip fillers today with Angela and she was simply amazing. This was my first time getting fillers, so I was a little nervous and apprehensive, but Angela has the calmest, sweetest demeanor so all my fears melted away! She walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. As for the actual procedure, she was super gentle and quick but still very thorough… you can tell she’s a perfectionist, which of course is great in her field! I am so happy with the results, and I will definitely return for any future cosmetic procedures! Thank you Angela and the whole amazing team at Enhance Aesthetic Arts!

I have to say I have had several experiences getting Botox and fillers over the past 6 years. I have been to top dermatologists in the city as well as a few Med spas. I had my first experience at Enhance this past Monday and I have to say this place far exceeded my expectations… from the receptionists to the physicians assistants they were all incredibly welcoming, knowledgable and accommodating! The PA that did my injections were very conservative and I walked out getting less done than I initially intended doing when I walked in. They do not push product on you unlike past places I’ve been to where they tell you it will take more filler, etc to see results. With that said I immediately booked follow up appointments for future treatments based on my experience at Enhance. I highly recommend this place!

I go to Enhance for lip injections and I’m so happy I had to write a review. Since step one-​calling and making an appointment for a consultation the customer service is welcoming and so polite. After My consult with Dr. Gladstein I booked my first appointment. She understood and executed the look perfectly. In my opinion lip injections can go too far too quick, what I like best about enhance is they put your needs first. Also my best friend loved how my lips came out so much she started going to enhance now too. Amazing place. Oh and its SUPER clean! such a good feeling

Sari Katz is amazing at doing my lips. she listens to what i want and professionally gives her opinion. I recommend everyone to her. however, the girls at the office could use an attitude makeover. if it werent for how amazing Sari is i wouldnt come back based solely on their attitudes. The manhattan location sometimes has nice receptionists and sometimes it doesnt. Only been to the brooklyn location once and i wasnt feeling the vibe of the receptionists there either. But i still come back because of Sari’s work.

I’ve been a patient here for about 1.5 years and have had numerous injectables (Botox, Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Voluma, Belotero, Restylane) done by both Dr. Gladstein and Sari. I say without reservation that you will not find a better cosmetic doctor/​plastic surgeon in New York. Not only is Dr. Gladstein extraordinarily talented as a surgeon and injector, but most importantly she truly CARES about the patient. You can tell that she takes the Hippocratic Oath very seriously and will only perform procedures that will benefit the patient, and would never perform an unnecessary procedure for the sake of profit. I’ve actually inquired about certain injections with the full intent of getting them done and she assessed my face and determined that these would not benefit me — despite the fact she could have made a large profit by just performing the procedures I had initially wanted. I think her focus on the patient first and on profit second is very rare in her field and extremely commendable. I trust her just as much as I do my primary care physician.
Sari is equally amazing and extraordinarily talented at lip injections and Botox (and many other things, I’m sure). She is extremely professional, kind and friendly — and somehow manages to make the procedure enjoyable. Just as Dr. Gladstein, she is very careful to educate the patient during all parts of each procedure.
I’ve always been amazed at the results of every procedure they have performed — and I’m sure that if for any reason I was ever not 100% satisfied, they would fix it right away.
I absolutely love this place and can’t say enough about how great they are. The office is also gorgeously decorated.

I came here because a good friend of mine recommended this place to me. I knew I could trust my friend because she has more experience in this than I do; she was receiving services from a different medical spa until she found Aesthetic Arts and hasn’t returned to her previous spot since. I decided to make an appointment which was simple to do, by the way, and they immediately answered the phone. Upon entering, I was impressed by how clean and presentable the office looked. I was greeted by 2 ladies who were very welcoming and helpful in calming my nerves. I also appreciated that they maintained my privacy and did not disclose any personal information as there were other clients in the waiting area. I met with Dr. Sari in her office, one-​on-​one, to talk about the service I was interested in receiving and to ask her all the questions I had. Talking to her is very easy and not once did I feel rushed. Right afterwards, we proceeded onto the service, which was Juvederm lip injections. As mentioned earlier, I was nervous before my appointment, but Dr. Sari is confident in her practice which reassured me that she knew what she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session, making sure I approved of how I looked along the way. It wasn’t nearly as painful as I assumed it would be and I did not experience any bruising. Dr. Sari is very gentle and precise. My lips turned out to look exactly like how I asked. At the end of my visit, I was given very clear after-​care instructions. Yet again, the staff made sure all my questions were answered. I’m extremely pleased with their services — the staff is great and my results look natural. I will definitely be back.

I have had one Lip Enhancement prior to my appointment at Enhance Aesthetic Arts, but after coming here I will not be going anywhere else.
First of all, the office is located in a great location. It is incredibly discrete and beautifully decorated. All of the women who work in the office were extremely nice and pleasant to interact with. My appointment for Lip Enhancement was with Sari Katz and I cannot say enough great things about her. We talked in detail about what look I was going for and she gave her input into what she thought would suit my lips. She made me feel very comfortable even though I was nervous. and talked me through what to expect from the whole procedure and where she planned on injecting. Sari is an absolute expert. I am thankful for the time and effort she put into my appointment, I couldn’t be happier with my service and I plan on returning.

I started going there thanks to a Groupon and after I kept coming back. Ms. Sari Katz PA is truly amazing at what she does. She is a perfectionist when it comes to your care which anyone would love. After 2 cc of Juvederm, I purchased a 3^rd one and she gave me her sincerest opinion that it would be too much and were willing to give me a refund. I chose to have in on credit since I would be dumb not to comeback. She and the MA Stephanie, walk you through the entire thing and answer any questions you might have. I recommend this place to everyone.

I had the best experience with Irene Gladstein. My personal interaction with her was very pleasant. She has all characteristics that you look for in a doctor! She spent a good amount of time with me. She patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns about my skin. My procedure went smoothly. Irene Gladstein is very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend her.

Just had my first experience at Enhance and loved it! I had my first hydra facial! I was greeted by a beautiful & clean reception/​waiting room and was escorted to the back where I found a cute cluster of rooms all very clean! My esthetician was super sweet and gentle and walked thru all the steps of the facial so I was on the same page before and during! My skin feels INCREDIBLE! I will def be coming back and referring all of my gfs. Looking forward to my next visit!

Love this place. I went today for a lip enhancement and Dr. Gladstein was super informative and knowledgable about the procedure. She was also an absolute perfectionist when it came to the results. We went slowly and she showed me results a few times and made suggestions. I’m so happy with how my lips look — she made them slightly fuller but mainly fixed the symmetry, which was my main concern. Will definitely be going back!

Although the office was nice, made me feel really comfortable, and assured me that I wasn’t going to get duck lips, I was really unhappy with my results. After healing — I was left with lumps, and i could see them; almost as if the product was too shallow. I naturally had slightly uneven lips (my top lip on the left side was a bit fuller), so i was told that this was being corrected — however i ended up with still uneven lips, just the right side was now fuller. Also wish i checked to see if they used the whole syringe because i feel like they didn’t. So it wasn’t a totally botched job, but it definitely wasn’t the best.

This was my first time getting lip injections-​I found a good deal on Groupon. The actual facilities are quite lovely and the staff were kind and patient. Sometimes at these beauty spa places, you get the sense that they just want you in and out as quick as possible. Here, the woman who spoke to me for my consultation was very patient as well as the woman who performed the procedure, Sari.
As far as the actual lip injections, I was very happy with how natural my lips looked at first. I didn’t want anything that resembled «duck lips» in the slightest and was quite satisfied with the natural appearance of my lips post-​injections. That being said, the left side of my upper lip is noticeably smaller than the right side. Something I initially noticed but thought I might be paranoid about… however, when my mother saw me for the first time after getting the injections she asked «Oh, you only got one side done?» I had gone back to them a couple weeks later after swelling was gone to discuss. They told me one side is fuller because that’s the natural shape of my lips. Which is true! Naturally, one side is a teeny bit more filled out– but that’s something I never noticed before and could only confirm by looking at old pictures of me pre-​lip injections. They are definitely more uneven now, noticeably, but I was told that’s because that’s just how my lips hang and take the product.
Upon inspecting and feeling my lips myself, I notice the fuller side of my lip also FEELS more full, like more product was injected in there. So I’m not quite sure if I believe them about them putting in an even amount on both sides and that my lips just didn’t take the product evenly?
Anyway, they had offered to inject half a syringe into the less full side with a 30% discount but that would have made no sense at all considering the Groupon I purchased for a full syringe was less expensive than that.

I loved my experience and will definitely be returning for more visits!
Dr. Gladstein was so helpful, answered all my questions I had and made me feel very comfortable.
The office is beautiful and clean and the whole staff was extremely kind.

I waited for three months to write this review. Even with my deal that I bought, my experience was excellent.
Not only my great Botox result and the entrance to the reception and the treatment room that were amazing, the staffs were knowledgeable and politely professional. My nurse educated me when I asked about her experience with Botox getting here when I was taken into the treatment room, although I doubted a young person as she is would have any experience yet. She said, it’s an essential maintenance before she start to have wrinkles. To a complete novice, as I am, it was an eye opening message. Then, the technician PA walked in. Her demure took my anxiety quickly and she was a good listener. After the painless treatment, I was very pleased with what she suggested, applying Arnica Gel. I’m easy to bruise so I had already prepped myself with Arnica pellets from few days ago and I have Arnica Gel at home. She didn’t push to buy any of their products but she shared one product that worked well her. I truly appreciated her honesty.
I will be back definitely.

Late last year, I tried to make an appointment with them but after numerous attempts, my calls were connected but cut off or simply no one answer. Initially I was very skeptical about coming here. When I mentioned about it, I was told they did have an issue on their phone system in December and January.

I was in the waiting room not even 10 minutes, which in NY is an absolute miracle! The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to without having that fake «customer service» personality you sometimes encounter. Sari did an excellent job of listening exactly to what I was looking for and my results are amazing. I would highly recommend her!
I’ve been to other practices as well, but this was definitely my best experience. I previously tried Skyngenuity on 23^rd street, which wasn’t bad, but wasn’t as good as Enhance. I tried both places on a Groupon but now return to Enhance at full price. It’s so worth it. (Feel free to message me for details!)
Overall: Beautiful office, short wait, nice staff, perfect results.
Tip: the door is kind of easy to miss, I suggest looking at Unilocal pictures (black arched doorway) so you can find the place.
