I rarely write reviews but I am so impressed with this service that I felt like I had to. I brought in my absolute favorite shoes that were completely worn out and scuffed up. I truly that they were beyond repair. I was planning on buying another pair and fixing the pair that I have to use as «knock-around» shoes. The following day I picked up my shoes and they looked BETTER than new(making the heel higher so that they were less inclined to get so worn down again). They fixed other parts of the shoe that I did not even know were possible. Don’t second guess taking any of your shoes here. The only downside is that they do not take credit card.

I like being able to see my reflection in my shoes. For all of $ 4, you’ll walk out with shoes more polished than the day you got them. Black, brown, burgundy, green — yes, I saw a guy with green business shoes — they do it all. This has become a weekly thing, part of my lunchtime routine. Somehow it is relaxing — probably because I chose to walk in, whereas the people with the exposed shoe shine stations(a la Parks and Recreation) practically do jumping jacks to get your business. Do yourself a favor and splurge on a shine. Become exponentially more confident. Sign huge contracts. Get promoted. Roll around in your new money. But first — get the shine.

Best shoe repair place I’ve found. I’ve had repairs to the heels, soles and where soles were coming away from the shoe. Shoes always come back looking as new. They do wonders with handbags as well fixing a broken strap — you wouldn’t even be able to tell!

They do it all here! I’ve brought in shoes that have seen better days that the staff here has reheeled, resealed… whatever was necessary to bring shoes back to life for me. They are always friendly and provide tips and explanations for what needs to be done. Also depending upon the amount of work that they have, in most cases I’ve been able to bring in my shoes in the morning before work and pick them up at the end of the day. This is not to mention the overpriced designer bag that they repaired the strap to be better than the original craftsmanship. Just plain awesome! They also can do a mean shoe shine! Wow. I felt like I had on a new boot. Definitely worth $ 7.

Really friendly staff. Whole heel replacement and shining of ankle length leather boots was $ 29. Not the cheapest in town, but done on site with a smile.

Mr. H: «Good morning, girls!» Me: «Hmph!» Why am I so unkind to Mr. H and his cart? Passing through the halls of my office building, he brings his shoe-repair services to us, poor cubical-cloistered cogs. But convenience does not a satisfied customer make. You know what does? A visit to Mr. Chong at Shoe Solution. He and his cobbler minions work miracles with shoes. I have brought in sad and dying boots, platforms, Mary Janes, you name it. All were returned to me extraordinarily refurbished and restored. Rebooted, you might say… I recently funeraled in a fading, leather hobo bag. Mr. Chong told me he would clean and condition it, then touch it up. I turned down the last service because it was too expensive. But, lo and behold, upon my return, Mr. Chong presented me with a cleaned, conditioned AND touched-up purse. He said it didn’t look great after the first two steps, so he went ahead and, out of the goodness of his heart(and because I’m such a loyal customer), did the last free of charge. It felt like Christmas.
