Lack of diversity within the firm. Overly demanding work environment = Poor quality of life so forget about your family, the gym and the general hobbies outside of work that make you happy. On call after work, weekends and holidays.
Having been a former Associate I know this firm is evil. so are their clients. Lots of politics.
