Excellent law firm. My startup used Wilson Sonsini for our formation documents and first fundraising round. The billing was fair and the quality of work very high. We are far from their biggest client, but Adam Dinow and Matthew Termine have treated my partner and I with the utmost respect and have always been generous with their time. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure to tour & visit the Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati space during the month they were hosting General Assemby’s front-​end programming class.
Not only are all of the lawyers and associated staff really nice, but WSG&R seems to focus on working with startups and incubators in NYC — something I can get behind as I’m putting together a startup incubator myself.
They’re on the 40th floor at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, above Rockafeller Center.
Although I haven’t used WSG&R personally for legal needs, they come highly recommended by General Assembly staff.
