I love this jewelry designer. The pieces are stunningly beautiful and guarantee multiple compliments from your fellow New Yorker’s. The only issue is that the warranty for the watches is not life long like the other pieces and everything that needs repair must be sent to Israel. I have a beautiful watch that was purchased for me and the chain has broken twice (in one year) and the watch had to have a link removed because it was too big. They sent it to Israel for this and it took almost 5 months to get it back. I am disappointing in their policy for this watch because it is so uniquely made that I can’t have a regular watch place adjust it because they don’t carry the pieces it needs. I would recommend that the store consider alternative and more reasonable solutions to broken or damaged pieces. I still would recommend that you shop here because you won’t see jewelry like this

BUYER BEWARE. This place has a NO RETURNS POLICY. I made the mistake of buying a necklace and earring set here for my wife for Mothers Day. It was $ 180 total… not chump change. I know she wanted some jewelry but wasn’t 100% sure precisely what she was looking for, so I made my best guess and figured she could always return it or exchange it for something she preferred. WRONG. Not only do they not accept returns (meaning DON’T buy it as a gift b/​c they will be stuck with it), but they have a STRICT 14 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Because I was at 20 days, they wouldn’t accept an exchange, even though it was for Mothers Day. My wife liked Michal Negrin’s jewelry, which is why I shopped there. However, now we hate the jewelry that we’re stuck with, and will never shop there again.

My daughter discovered this lovely Israeli clothing and jewelry designer last year. However, in the year since I last was in SoHo, she moved her store to this slightly larger location, still in SoHo. I was actually hoping to buy my daughter and I another piece from her jewelry collection, but sadly, neither of us saw anything we really wanted this time. Everything was lovely as it was last year, but nothing clicked. Her work is so intricate and feminine. I really do love it… just sorry I didn’t see anything that I just «had to have.» Oh well, maybe next time !! Still loads of fun looking at everything she makes. Wonderful stuff.
