I concur with others who commend Dr. Khosh for his talents and charming disposition. I had a terrible work-​related accident on 11÷11÷11 (a date hard to forget) wherein I walked full-​tilt into an unmarked glass door with my face. (The company has since put frosted dots on the door.) Those who saw the accident said that my body flew back like I was in a cartoon and others in the office could hear the thud clear across the building. I went to a local hospital and fortunately, the plastic surgeon that came in was competent and able to sew up my face with 14 stitches. Needless to say, he could do nothing about my broken nose, nor the damage that it did to my sinuses and my inability to wear my reading glasses because I would get terrible headaches.
I was referred to the doctor by my general physician and found Dr. Khosh to be very kind and empathetic since he, too, had had an accident where his nose was broken. Since I really don’t have that many photos of myself where there’s a close-​up of my nose in profile or any other way, Dr. Khosh was still somehow able to work out what it used to look like from some wedding pictures. Mind you, my nose was far from perfect to begin with, but it was mine after all and I just wanted it back without a scar and all of the complications that were a result of the accident. Of course, there are no promises when dealing with such surgeries and he was very honest and said that in addition to repairing my nose, he would also address the sinus issue but could not swear that the pain on the bridge of my nose where my glasses rest would go away.
The surgery was a tremendous success, of course! My nose is my nose, the sinus situation has pretty much gone away and my glasses don’t cause my head to pound any longer. Miraculously, the scar is not nearly as noticeable, assisted by yet another procedure that he was able to do to do successfully.
His assistant, Betty, did some back-​flips for me, too, by deftly navigating the joys of Worker’s Compensation insurance. She made the process very easy for me since she knew I was already scarred both literally and figuratively from the accident.
Dr. Khosh is not only a phenomenal surgeon, but also a very humble and gracious Park Avenue doctor which is not usually in keeping with someone with his skill, expertise and credentials. I would recommend him to anyone and if I turn out to be that person who wants a little work done when I’m older, you know where I’m headed – 580 Park.

I can’t begin to say how much Dr. Khosh has changed my life. I had a large keloid on my ear removed by a local dermatologist who never really explained the dangers of it coming back (and often worse). He basically did the surgery, took my money, and sent me on my way. Needless to say, the keloid came back with a vengeance. I had 2 huge keloids on my ear that nobody wanted to touch. A plastic surgeon in my state said if the keloids were removed, I’d have a deformed ear for the rest of my life. Feeling hopeless, I found Dr. Khosh’s website and saw miraculous transformations after keloid removal and after my first consultation with him I knew he was the one. It is over a year later and my keloid has not returned and I can show my ear off and nobody notices. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me. I recommend him 110% to anyone who needs a keloid/​scar removed. His office is extremely clean and chic. I love visiting him. His demeanor is so calm and cool. He listens to you and any concerns you may have. Dr. Khosh is a great person and you feel like you’re visiting a friend when you see him.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Khosh. I was referred to him for a septoplasty, and I was positively impressed with him and his practice from our first encounter. My surgery went very well, and my recovery time was faster and smoother than I had expected. At no point during the recovery did I feel any pain, which I attribute entirely to his light touch. My breathing is 100% back to normal, and I cannot be more satisfied with how things worked out.

Outstanding and highly recommended plastic surgeon. I was involved in an accident a few years ago that caused fairly bad nasal and orbital fractures. I looked for the best surgeon I could find in Manhattan to repair the damage — I wanted it to be perfect and look natural so that I could continue to go about my daily professional life. After a lot of research and after trying out other doctors, I found Dr Khosh. He was recommended to me by other doctors and described to me as the plastic surgeon that plastic surgeons go to. He is an outstanding professional, a skilled surgeon and one of the kindest doctors I know. He repaired the damage and I was extremely pleased with the results. I can breath better than ever before and his work looks completely natural, a huge improvement on the way it looked even before my accident. Highly recommended. I sincerely hope I don’t have to meet him again though!

Dr. Khosh is extremely talented and a sweetheart. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable and even called me the night after surgery to see how I was feeling!

My experience with Dr. Khosh was a pleasure from start to finish. I got a septoplasty and rhinoplasty, and was very pleased to learn he could work on both the inside and the outside of my nose. From the outset his manner was calm, his tone conversational and his expertise apparent. Leading up to the procedure, he did a great job to prepare me and was patient with my repetitive/​excessive questioning. He documented my situation with painstaking detail, and with the help of his secretary they were able to get my procedure completely covered by insurance. There is no doubt in my mind that the pictures and extensive notes he took, as well as his secretary’s diligence and savvy, was the reason I got this covered.
The day of the surgery (my first ever surgery), he was a very calming influence. Later that night he called me to follow up and provide a few more bits of advice. I barely needed pain medication, experienced very little swelling and virtually no bruising. It is clear to me that he was as meticulous and non-​invasive as possible, and I was able to be up and about in a surprisingly short amount of time. Now I can breathe through both nostrils amazingly well and I am symmetrical once again. I could go on and on, but the point is, you should feel 100% confident that Dr. Khosh is the top of the class with unparalleled expertise.

Doctor Khosh is a kind, caring, and gentle Doctor. Dr. Khosh treated me for a Thryoglossal Cyst on my throat. Dr. Khosh was extremely considerate of my anxieties about the procedure and in general. Dr. Khosh listens to his patients and treats them as though they are people instead of numbers. Dr. Khosh has treated other members of my family who also rave about his gentle touch and his caring disposition. Dr. Khosh is a doctor who seeks to comfort and care for his patients. After my surgery I had almost no pain from his gentle touch. When I did have a question about the healing process I called his office on New Years Day and shortly after I received a phone call from him on his personal number. Dr. Khosh goes above and beyond for his patients. My surgery was a bit more complex because of a blood disorder called Von Willebrand Disease and Dr. Khosh was extremely cautious and carried out the procedure with no complications whatsoever. Despite anxieties that stem from the severity of surgery because of my blood disorder, I trusted Dr. Khosh to take care of me one hundred percent and he has made this a pleasant experience.

Dr Khosh is a truly incredible doctor. He is very experienced and professional. I would never go anywhere else for anything to do with my neck or face. I went to him initially to get a scar redone on my face after an accident that left me with a large scar. Now after the surgery with Dr. Khosh, the scar is not even visible. Then I went to him for the removal of a mole on my face and there literally is no scar left where he made the incision. Lastly, I went back to him after the ear piercing hole in my ear was elongated and he closed the hole and then re-​pierced it for me. You can not even see that I had any stitches in my ear.
I would not recommend anyone else for anything with the neck and face. You can trust him your valuable asset that everyone sees– your face. Dr. Khosh is the way to go, for sure!!!

I went to Dr. Kosh for scar reduction surgery on my nose. I was unhappy to find that a large part of my scar was left behind even after he did surgery. He then wanted to charge me another $ 800 for laser correction. I was not very pleased with his work or his desire to take more money from me when he made a mistake in surgery. He came highly recommended, so I am disappointed with my experience.

I would not trust my face to anyone but Dr. Khosh. I had an extremely complex nasal problem and was told by several other doctors that it was beyond their capability to repair it. I searched the entire east coast to find a doctor who could help me, and I began to think it was hopeless. When I went to Dr. Khosh, I knew immediately that if anyone could fix my nose, it was him. A true expert in his field.
Dr. Khosh is thorough, kind, and truly wants the best for his patients. After my surgery, Dr. Khosh gave us his personal cell phone number and asked my boyfriend to call him when I was home from the hospital. We hit bad traffic and when Dr. Khosh didn’t hear from us, he called to make sure I was doing ok. Because of Dr. Khosh’s expertise and skill, I can now breathe normally and I no longer look like my nose is melting off of my face.
What makes Dr. Khosh unique is that he specializes in cosmetic AND functional facial procedures. Do not make the mistake that so many people do, by going to a general plastic surgeon for facial procedures. Go to Dr. Khosh, you will be in good hands and you will be happy. Trust me, when you’re lying on the operating table, there is nothing worse than wondering if you’ll be better or worse when you wake up. With Dr. Khosh, I was completely confident in his abilities and I felt safe.
