Manhattan Dog Spa

My dog, Benji, especially loves the dog owner and responds well to him. He doesn’t seem to mind going here for grooming when we are in town.

My dog loves it here! This is a great family run business. I have boarded her twice and she goes regularly for day care. All the employees seem to genuinely care about her well being. My dog is a little high strung and I always feel worried that she will be overwhelming for others to care for but they never indicate anything but praise for her. Also, my dog takes medications and they have been great about giving them to her. We are so happy we found Manhattan Dog Spa!!! We were previously having a sitter come stay with her in our home. Manhattan Dog Spa is a much better option. It’s way easier on us to be able to simply drop her off and she gets more exercise playing with all her pals.

My dog Cooper loves going here! He doesn’t like to go many places without me but I think he feels like he’s home when he is here. A wonderful family owned business. They treat Cooper like he is their own dog. Great daycare, boarding as well as grooming. I’m so happy I found this wonderful place!

I love here in NYC and my boyfriend is out in LI. When he comes in with his dog Lucy we are happy to bring her to this great dog spa. The grooming is great, staff is friendly and we have even left Lucy with them overnight. Our doggie just loves this place.

I received flyers from this business while I was walking my dog in the park and I gave them a call as I was planning to pamper my dog for the holidays. People I spoke to over the phone are extremely rude. They purposely left out information on their flyers. When I asked about the Unilocal voucher which is listed on their Unilocal page, the gentleman over the phone started mumbling about how much work it requires to groom a dog and so on. I literately had to ask him three times if they would accept the Unilocal voucher for grooming and he gave me ambiguous response! He told me that the groomer might not accept the voucher but he is not sure. When I indicated that they should include the information on their Unilocal page he told me that they MIGHT accept the voucher if I decided to get the full package. Of course he started rumbling on and on about how difficult to groom specific breed of dogs and what a wonderful deal (trust me it is not) they are offering. I doubt I would go to any business that appears this desperate, unprofessional and rude to potential customers. I looked up its Unilocal reviews and VOILA! This place has ZERO Unilocal recommended reviews, which is extremely suspicious. ALL the Unilocalers who reviewed this place have not reviewed any other businesses. A huge red flag for FAKE REVIEWS! Unfortunately, I will have to take my dog to a different groomer for a full groom and blueberry facial.
