Horrible service.
Changed battery on my watch for $ 22. the battery was done within 10 month (should have hold for 2,3 years) I went back to get my warranty, and he charged me again $ 22! Asking for receipt from 10 month ago. He could have at least give me a discount for such a bad service/​battery.

I don’t know enough about this shop to give it 5 stars, though it may deserve 5. All I know is that I looked all over Manhattan for a nice, solid watch that would fit me. I have a huge wrist and most watch shops had nothing that would fit me. Golden Sound had a watch that fit me and looked exactly like what I was looking for. The man in the store was very nice and very fast to hone in on exactly what I wanted. It was very reasonably priced — $ 70 — for a beautiful and durable watch. I am a very satisfied customer. For my money, it MAY be the best place in New York to buy a watch.
