A little over a year ago, I finally splurged and bought the headphones I’ve always wanted from B&O in the Soho store. A few months later, they broke unexpectedly (and at no fault of my own, mind you). They come with a 3-​year replacement warranty, so I brought them back to the store to take advantage of that. The girl gave me a hard time and accused me of not taking care of them properly (completely untrue, I treat them like my first born child. That **** wasn’t cheap). Begrudgingly, she replaced them, mostly because she had to I’m sure.
Several months later, I was having issues again. I was near the Columbus store a week and a half ago, so I stopped in hoping to have a better experience. I wasn’t disappointed. This time, I was treated with ultimate respect, no rude questions asked. The sales person was incredibly friendly and gave me incredible customer service. When I was having a hard time forwarding my original receipt to the store from my phone so he could print it out, he even offered to let me log in to my email on their computer. My experience was so lovely that I truly regret not getting his name so that I could include it in my review. In short, if I ever need anything again, I will ALWAYS go to this location.
