Avoid this location at all costs.
Sales person pressured me to use my member number for a complete stranger and wouldn’t give up when I mentioned I was not comfortable doing that or pleased with her pressuring. I’ve been a loyal GNC customer at other locations and have never had an experience as bad as this one before. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

This is truly the worst GNC that I have ever been to. I worked at GNC many years ago so I am aware that as an employee, you have to push promotional products and meet certain sales goals, which is why I usually smile and nod through the sales pitch and then tell the sales associate what I really came in for. However, the employees in this particular store have the WORST customer service!
I went in looking for a specific product that I had previously purchased from this GNC branch. I walked in and the sales associate immediately asked me what I was looking for. I told her and she proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need that product and started pointing out other items on the shelf. I politely told her that I was not interested and that I had come in for a specific product. She ignored me and continued trying to sell me other items to which I responded «I know all about the products you’re trying to sell to me because I am a former GNC employee, but I have already found what works for me, do you have it in stock?»
I described it to her and she must have pulled 10 items off the shelf that in no way matched the description so I pulled up the product on my phone and showed it to her stating «THIS IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR». She stood there looking puzzled and then told me that GNC doesn’t sell this product. When I showed her that I had pulled it up on the GNC app and that I had previously purchased the product from THIS EXACT LOCATION she went to get her manager. He also stated that they’d never sold it and when I pointed out yet again that I had purchased it in his store they both shrugged and walked off.
Aside from the fact that their customer service skills are SEVERELY LACKING, some of the information that the sales associate was rattling off about other products was completely incorrect. Clearly she has no idea what she is talking about and will say anything to a customer just to sell them something. Also, the store was a complete mess with product all over the floors and in the aisles. It’s a small store to begin with so I would think that you would attempt to keep the aisles as clear as possible.
Unfortunately, for this branch, they just lost a regular customer who spends quite a bit at GNC on a monthly basis. I’d rather go to the branch that’s out of my way than spend money in this store with its terrible employees.

The hard sell for the GNC customer loyalty card was unexpected. What I wasn’t told was that it costs $ 11 (I think) — and apparently I needed the card to get the advertised price. Not having the time to consider the economics of this option, I went ahead and said yes. But is it really such a good deal? I just wanted some prenatal vitamins. Now I’m thinking I can probably find them online cheaper. Will avoid.

The worst gnc ever. The workers were literally telling me about a product as I was checking out and I said I’d buy it when the rudest customer next to me says he’ll take them. These were the last two protein shakes left and the workers had the audacity to hand it over to the guy behind me. Left what I had at the register and walked out. Never going back. Really bad customer service.

This is just one of the worst businesses I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
It’s like the employees go out of their way to be unhelpful and make you jump through hoops. I came in here to buy a simple hair, skin and nail vitamin and the sales assistant kept trying to sell me the most expensive one (a disgusting tasting chewable) and upsell me on other products that I had no interest in getting in the first place.
She kept insisting that the most expensive vitamin was the best one — even though the reviews online weren’t as good as the cheaper non-​chewable version. But I decided to give it a try since she said I could return it with no problem if I didn’t like it.
In addition to the vitamins she kept insisting in the most annoying way that I get $ 150 worth of other crap that I didn’t need. I eventually did but I can’t blame that on her. I obviously have no will power when it comes to shopping; I can be quite impulsive.
Fast forward a few days and I’m back in the store to return the supplements because I had a horrible allergic reaction to them. Even though I had a sales receipt and I’m a gold member and all of my transactions are logged in the system they told me I couldn’t return my items because I had to wait to speak with the specific sales assistant that I purchased the items with. WHAT??? I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH BS!
So I came back on yet another day to return the items and the sales person was hassling me yet again saying they don’t know which credit card I used so they weren’t sure if they could refund my money –_​– how the heck is this my problem? I’ve never heard of such a thing from a store! They’re supposed to be able to see that in their system! She finally returns 2 out of 3 of the supplements (but not before trying to sell me another bunch of expensive stuff that I didn’t need!) and told me that she couldn’t give me my money back for the 3^rd item because the transaction wasn’t showing up in their system yet and that I should come back in a week and try to return it then. UNBELIEVABLE!
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY HERE SUCK!!! Either they lie to trap you and keep your money or their entire system is out of date!
This store is a joke. Spend your money somewhere else.

Barely room to walk. Gotta pull your crossbody bag even closer to make it thru the aisles (just 2) but you can’t see the merchandise because there are unpacked boxes in front of everything making the aisles, you guessed it, even narrower. Friendly enuff staff but they don’t carry that much of a selection and just say, «well, we’re small, try a bigger location». What? Oh, that’s what passes for customer services. Gotcha.
