I am a 60 year old woman with MS. This was my first visit with Dr. Rothenberg. I found the office staff to be very helpful & friendly. And best of all, Dr. Rothenberg was warm, smart, professional and personable. I am very happy with my new GYN MD.

She was alright as a doctor but very judgmental, which is very strange for an ob gyn. Making an appointment with her is HELL. The phone system is awful and I couldn’t get through to anyone. I tried to get a refill on medication during the process of trying to make an appointment and they were very rude and acted as though they were doing me a favor. Still haven’t been able to make an appointment, not even sure what number to call to get someone directly. Totally disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such an amazing OBGYN, it was honestly the most thorough examine I had received she even discovered something the other OBGYN doctors has never made mention of. I am 38 and trying to conceive and will more than likely seek her expertise for fertility if my husband and I do not conceive. She was very knowable and puts her patients at ease. She is wonderful, I am very excited to have found her.

A nurse did get back to me. Hence the additional star, as promised. I wish it had been sooner, though: The medication I was prescribed by this office was causing upsetting symptoms. Not hearing back from them felt like being stranded at sea.
