I give the vitamin shoppe such a high rating just because they let you exchange a purchased item without having a receipt. GNC, one of their main competitors, does not let you do this which is archaic and not customer friendly.

In & out with no problems. Just about everything that you need. Great pricing. They had bogo half off one store brand items.

Dropped in this Union Square location before heading back to work. One of the tinier Vitamin Shoppes. Picked up a few protein shakes to have before my evening workout. Not a bad shop. Very narrow and vertical looking, and stocked to the gills floor to ceiling with merchandise. They have a small fridge with the cold drinks and protein shakes in it. The one guy working there asked if I needed any help. Had no problem finding what I needed, paid for it, as was in and out quickly. No complaints here.

worst vitamin shoppe in the history of all vitamin shoppes. do yourself a huge favor and visit the 6th ave /21st street location instead. this place is dark, dingy, cramped, and extremely vertical. the employees are more interested in arguing on the phone with managers about their upcoming schedule than ringing you up. yucky!

This is by far the best stocked Vitamin Shopped I’ve ever been to and I go to many of them. They usually have what I need in a pinch(I am a protein bar fiend and also protein shake fiend) so, when they have what I want always in stock, this makes for a very happy girl. Staff is friendly here too and will offer to order what you want that they might not have in stock at the time.
