Irresponsible, unreliable business establishment.
I brought a winter hat, that I owned for 25 years to this place, to be cleaned and stored on May 21, 2015. When I went to pick up my hat from them in November 19, 2015 I was told by the owners that they lost my hat and that they were looking for it in their warehouse. Weeks later the hat is still not found and they told me that they would reimburse me one tenth of the cost of cleaning an storing the hat and not the full amount.
This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I informed them that this was unacceptable and that since they lost the hat it was their obligation to reimburse me 100% of the cost of cleaning and storage of the hat and not one tenth. They lost my property and still want to make a profit!!! I’m taking them to small claims court. They are unreliable, irresponsible at the cost of the consumer. The hat was given in good faith to be cleaned and stored properly.
Obviously the dry cleaner is not careful about the customers’ property and they expect the customer to absorb the loss of their property with a mere apology and reduced reimbursement. Outrageous!!!
I will never use this dry cleaner again!!!

Well… Helen’s dissertation on this place was a bit much. Anyway, I love this very clean, not crowded on the weekdays, very affordable on the week days, courteous staffed, helpful staffed and close to home Laundromat!
I’ve never experienced harsh heat inside nor extreme cold. I’ve been coming here for a year now and intend on keeping coming. Pictures posted are trustworthy.

My mom and I been going to our local laundromat for 5 years or so and finally we found clean and better laundry machines that do what they are supposed to do. our local laundromat was always dirty. few parking space and worst tons of annoying little kids running everywhere. we love this one more because theres plenty of parking space, theres lots of machines, AC for summer time, its clean and not many kids. I recommend this place ;)

Look I know they send out the shirts and dry cleaning but in my case to many ripped shirts
and missing clothing. I tried to give them a chance but when something comes back with a problem they always act as if they don’t know anything about it. They are well trained to never
accept responsibility for their mistakes. I don’t want to be the sucker anymore. After 2 years I
am done with Fresh Laundry and Cleaners.

I love this place!!! Excellent service excellent staff!!! Always friendly and willing to help!!! I wouldn’t do my laundry or dry cleaning anywhere else!!!

I only use this place to wash my laundry but I have never used their dry cleaning service or delivery services. I don’t really believe in that because I know things can go terribly wrong when I’m not present with my laundry so I hang around. Compared to some very horrible laundromats I’ve been to since I was a child. This place is one of the cleanest laundromats I’ve ever been to. The machines all look brand new and well kept, including the bathroom. They have very large, large, medium, and small washing machines on one wall and the opposite wall are dyers. It can get very crowded at certain times of the day but if you wait patiently, a machine would become available. The last time I went there was the day of the «worst storm of the century» back in Feb. and unbelievably it was crowded but there were machines available. So far, I am satisfied with this place.

Open 24 hours. Prices are not bad. $ 2.75 for small machine. $ 3.95 for medium machine. $ 4.95 for a large machines. $ 6.95 for extra large machines. $ 0.10 per 8 minutes of drying. Very clean. People are very nice. Only used this place for wash and fold self service. Free parking. They close from 2−3am.

This is normally my spot to get laundry done, close, convenient, 24 Hours/​7 days a week. Well except for that last part, the over night (D-​bag) worker puts a little index card sized note in the front door, (the same front door that has huge signs saying ²⁴⁄₇) his little hand written note says gone on break from 2−3am! Hey, that’s contradictory to all the ²⁴⁄₇ signs, right? And to top it all off there’s an (a – hole) employee sitting in the front window sewing. Said (a – hole) employee’s gonna sit there stare me in the eye without waving or signaling we’re not open and watch me lift a 50lb bag of clothes out of my trunk! This coming from the same establishment that has a curbside assistant sign on their (m-​therf – king) property. A few bad employees spoil it for everyone, the morning crew in this place bust there butt and do good work. I’m not to sure I’ll return as a costumer however, cause I don’t like doing guess work on services that are posted and should be enforce to the letter!!!

I was so excited when this place opened up. It’s pretty clean and didn’t seem crowded whenever I would do my laundry. The workers are friendly and helpful.
However, I have decided NEVER to go back there again! I dropped off my husband’s navy blue sports coat, a suit, and a pair of pants. I stood there and waited for Vinny (nice guy) to inspect the clothes, input the information and print a receipt. He told me the clothes would be ready in a couple of days and handed off my receipt. Later that evening I received a missed call from Fred who left me a voicemail to call him back. When I finally got in touch with him the next day he said there was an «issue» with my dry cleaning. So he placed me on hold and when he returned said there were some buttons missing from the Tommy Hilfiger Sports Coat. I could hear him talking to the person he called, which cleans the clothes (dry cleaning isn’t done on premises). He told me that the sports coat had missing buttons. I said to him, «there were no buttons missing. I know for sure. Plus Vinny checked.» His response was, «oh I asked Vinny and he said he didn’t check for the buttons.» So I asked how many buttons are missing? He said hold on, «Papi how many buttons?» He came back and said to me, «like 2 or 3.» I was so upset because I know for sure my husband did not loose the «2 or 3» side buttons, which are gold colored.
By that point I was frustrated. He asked, «do you still want to have it dry cleaned or returned?» Puzzled, I said, «what happened to the buttons? They weren’t missing.» He answered, «we always check the clothes before taking them.» Again I asked because he clearly didn’t answer my question, «where are the buttons?» He responded, «if there is something missing we always let customers know before taking the item.» Now I’m annoyed and I just say, «don’t dry clean the jacket please. I will pick it up on Friday.»
Friday gets here and Fred assists me when I go to pick up my clothes. I asked him, «so how did the buttons go missing?» He said, «I don’t know.» I reminded him that Vinny had checked and Fred answers by saying, «I checked the surveillance and he did not check for the buttons.» Well, Fred said there were «2 or 3» buttons missing. Honestly, I don’t believe he checked the surveillance. He did not apologize at all for the inconvenience. When I got home and took the jacket out of the plastic ALL 4 were missing from the side. Someone mishandled the sports coat and somehow removed the buttons. I will never go back there again!

Gave this place a try recently on a Saturday afternoon. Not too crowded (luckily). The parking was pretty open in the back. I bought a money card (for $ 1.00 I think it was), as the machines don’t take coins. The counter guy informed me that if I load $ 20.00 ($ 20 dollar bill ONLY) on the card, I would receive an additional $ 2.00, plus if I input my name, address, etc on the computer, another $ 1.00 would be added to the card (so I would have $ 23.00 total — incase I confused ya there). I asked how things worked & explained I had read some reviews pertaining to free dryers or 10 cents dryers but he said that only Mon-​Thurs do they offer the 10 cents dryers. I believe the dryers were 29 cents for 8 mintues…
Anyway, it was a semi-​warm afternoon (not sweltering). There were some ceiling fans running in the laundromat. They weren’t too big. They seemed to be positioned over the washing machines & not the dryers. Either way, as I went to fill the washers, I began to sweat profusely! Those ceiling fans were NOT doing the trick. I couldn’t detect a hint of air blowing on me… sigh… anyway, with sweat pouring down my face & back (I’m being dead serious here), I proceeded to fill the machines. The smalls were $ 2.75 a pop & I think the larger were $ 3.95??- not sure, but somewhere around that! I needed a few of each. (My normal landromat charges $ 1.99 for the smalls). I’m in search of a new laudromat but not sure what I was feeling so far… except boiling hot & annoyed at the prices! Anyway, as I started up the machines, my money card quickly started to diminish… I think these were some of those newer more «efficient» machines (is the claim)… I was just wondering where the «F» the water was? Ugghhh!
Anyway, was too hot to stay & monitor the situation so I went next door to the Rite Aid. Ahhhh, A/​C! Cooled down a bit & went back for phase 2… I decided to stay towards the back of the establishment because the door was open & I was hoping to catch a breeze. Just as I got the dryers loaded, the counter guy came back & closed the door. What? And suddenly… A/​C was on! Ummm… «You have air conditioning?» I asked. «Yes. You should’ve just told me & I would’ve put it on for you!» counter guy said. «I didn’t even know you guys HAD A/​C…»
I will say that I was somewhat impressed with the dryers. It defintely took less drying time than my normal place. That is probably why they run specials on the dryers. They won’t really lose any money on the deal. Especially with the washing machine prices! I didn’t really love the setup, however. There is one long row of little individual dryer tables. It just felt a bit tight. If you have big stuff to fold like king or queens sized sheets, gonna be rough I think. And if it’s crowded with lots of people, I could see this turning into a very annoying situation! On the plus side, they did have some music playing 80’s tunes thru current. That actually helped a bit! And the counter guy checked on my progress throughout. I appreciated that! I am considering coming back on a weeknite next time and seeing how that goes…

I picked up my dry cleaning and spoke with Fred, who I’ve dealt with for many months. Great guy, but this I will never forget. Two of the shirts I dropped off shrunk. The sleeves were shrunken and when I told Fred this, he didn’t even provide an apology, nothing. He just said «Hey I’ve been in the business for years you must have just gotten fatter». Are you kidding me?! I’m
6’2 and the sleeves’ magically getting shorter isn’t possible. Needless to say his insults and disrespect have lost my business. Definitely not the place to go for your dry cleaning.

First time here. Most expensive place around. Laundry was supposed to be finished yesterday. Called to let them know I would pick it up today and when I walked in the laundry was not ready! Terrible service!!! They have offered me a «store credit» although they didn’t say how much. Should I try them again?

I’m only giving this place three stars for the following reasons… The owner appears to be using deceitful tactics… He is advertising «FREE DRYERS IN APRIL». However, although he just opened up about a couple of months ago, what he did was INCREASE THE WASHING MACHINE PRICES!!! so in actuality, the dryers are NOT FREE… The small washing machines that were $ 2.15 are now $ 2.50 AND the supposedly free dryers are NOT UNLIMITED… It depends on how much you have spent on the washing machines that determines how much in free drying time you will receive. It’s all computed on your payment card. When I inquired about the washing machine price increase, the staff said they are «not sure» if the price increase is temporary while the dryers are supposedly «FREE» or if he raised the prices permanently in such a short period of time. Either way, it seems unethical. Also, be careful choosing your dryers… There are two different size dryers; the small ones were 25 cents for 8 minutes and the larger ones were 29 cents for only 6 minutes!!! I fell into that trap the first time I used them, not realizing and I put my card in 4 times and spent $ 1.16 for only 24 minutes!!! I thought I was spending $ 1.00 for 32 minutes! The owner happened to be there at the time, so I mentioned to him that I was unaware of the different size dryers and I thought they were all 25 cents for 8 minutes; he didn’t seem to care at all. So, today I noticed that ALL dryers were programmed to charge 29 cents for 8 minutes after the «free» time is used up. When this place is crowded, there is no room to move around because the aisles are very narrow where the folding tables are opposite the dryers, so with the dryers, the laundry carts, and the folding tables… AND the people, it’s almost impossible to maneuver around. But it’s new, so it’s nice, AND THE STAFF IS GREAT; THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
