I LOVE THIS PLACE! It’s so nice to have a neighborhood healthy spot with great hours. Their deli items are always made fresh. They have an awesome selection of beer and kombucha drinks. My favorite sandwich is the 73^rd Avenue– It has fresh mozzarella, arugula, and thin sliced prosciutto! Soooo good!

Was nice in the beginning. Not nice anymore. Second hand frozen food. They sold me ROTTEN decayed raw chicken parts! Yuck! I brought it back. They would NOT refund. I had to spend the refund in the store. Awful. I only buy water and fresh flowers there now.
BUYER BEWARE!

I love this place. I would come here more often if my budget permitted it. As it is, I come here for the Flatbread, fresh pasta, and pancetta type meats, then stop by rite Aid for the rest. I do get the occasional onion or two when i run out. I do love that they have international candies and goodies as well. Sometimes I’ll come in and there will be a woman buying one of their small grocery carts PACKED and it came out to around $ 700, but it was nothing to her. Amazing. Good place for certain items, within walking distance.

My office just got a big order for lunch and WOO HOO, my American Burger was FANTASTIC. The rest of the office got sandwiches and the results are in — the Pollo Loco is amazin. Definitely getting that next time. Apparently, this place is near the Citibank on 188^th — my bank since 1999. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this place all of these years.

No longer open 24 hours but still open til midnight at least or later. Still a great place after being open for some years now. Love their coffee and love their sandwiches. There is no other place like it in the area and I am still so glad that it is here! Still a little on the pricer side but not by too much and given that its the only place like it in the area… ill pay a few cents extra no prob.

I live in the area and shop here all the time even though I often feel they are totally over priced. This week I bought expired milk and moldy bread. I only realized it the next day and of course I had already thrown out my receipt. They refused to take anything back without a receipt. Who would try and return milk they bought at another store? When you buy $ 6 organic milk you don’t expect it to be expired. Horrible customer service. They see my husband and I there all the time. They should have done the right thing.

Pros: good selection of organic products and natural items you can’t find in the neighborhood. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Good beer selection.
Cons: management of the deli counter is atrocious!!! I barely order anything from the counter because it takes so long. Expect to wait ten minutes or more for cold cuts or a sandwich and if you come in on a weekend the wait might be longer. The deli counter is a living nightmare.

Their prices are too high and all of you that like shopping here CHECK YOUR DATES on the items you buy. I have seen things in this place that were two months pass the expiration date. Their deli staff is very rude, it might be a good options if you don’t have a car. Ill drive somewhere that my money is appreciated.

I will not be stopping there again! The lady up front is very rude! And they’re way over price.

This place was awesome when it was 24÷7… and its still serviceable now that it is open late night.
I go here mostly for their deli sandwiches. They used boar’s head cold cuts and have some chicken cutlet sandwiches too. There is also a good selection of snacks, beer, and juices. Nice selection with unique items.
Tons of parking in the lot.

Besides their fresh organic fruits and vegetables, I love their chicken quesadilla. I’m sure they are a bit pricier but it’s so close by us.

I come here when I’m in need of organic produce and can’t make it to Trader Joe’s. My experiences shopping here are fine. They are well stocked and have a variety of organic produce and products. I agree with others that it is over priced BUT considering it’s close to me sometimes its just worth it to pick up a few things here. What turns me off about this place is the cashier. There’s this young asian male who stands at the counter waiting to check people out. The last two times he was so rude. He is totally unprofessional standing there whistling and giving you looks that are far from friendly. When he’s checking you out he says in the rudest tone «you need a bag?». For me grocery shopping is about the quality of the products AND the customer service. This place may have good products but their customer service is seriously lacking.

Great organic store they have more than the normal health food place I think. Prices are up there but not terrible. Staff is quiet but kind. Open late which is fabulous!

Gave this place another chance because it said opened till 2am. I walked up to the deli at 1230 (an hiur and a half befpre they closed) where there was a guy who looked to be working and was told sorry buddy the deli is closed. Seriously, fuck this place how do. you ha e a deli thag wont make sandwiches. I can get everything they sell at fairway for less money anyway.

So glad they’ve opened up an organic market close by my area, since we lost 2 organic markets in union turnpike. Here i always find healthy selections of cereals and snacks despite of costing a lot of money.

Let me get right to it. I paid $ 11 for a salad but honestly felt like I woud’ve enjoyed the new Wendy’s salad even more. Not to say it wasn’t good I just wasn’t impressed. If I’m paying Manhattan prices for a Queens salad I literally need to have my food taste like an orgasm erupting in my mouth. It just didn’t do it for me.
Overall: I might come back becausae like I said, it wasn’t terrible.

Glad to learn that they are open 24 hours. I never knew that until recently. It gives you an alternative to the 24 hour rite aid and the 24 hr bodegas in the area. They stock healthier options and the store is nice and clean. I wary about parking in this lot though. I got my mirror smashed here once and whoever did it just drove away and left my mirror in pieces on the ground. Really nice! Try to park in a space where you can glacé out at your car if you need to.

I like this place because it’s open 24 HOURS.
I ONLY come here for late night snacks and beer/​cider. The snackledge selection is great, so is the raw coconut water, hummus, flowers, chocolate, etc… but the number one thing that I really dislike, is one of the cashiers.
UPDATE: The cashier mentioned no longer seems to work here.
I want to give him the benefit of the doubt for the sake of this review, but HE CREEPS ME OUT. He gives me these extraordinarily creepy smily looks every time and returns my change to me in an awkward creepy manner. My boyfriend noticed it immediately the first time (and every other time).
Also, I KNOW he knows me by now and he still looks at me like I’m insane when I say I don’t want a bag… dude, I SAY IT EVERY TIME, IT’S NOT THAT WEIRD.
Otherwise I would give it 4 stars. Guy just needs to cool his $%#* around the ladies.

I love Fresh Meadows Natural! For me, it’s a great little place to pick up a few things in between trips to the supermarket. I ignored this store for the longest & then wandered in one day in search of raw honey (which I can’t seem to find in any supermarket)! Well, lo & behold, they had it & I’ve been hooked on the place ever since!
I’ve only had excellent encounters with workers & cashiers! One time, when I could not find the particular honey that I like, I inquired at the counter & the cashier wrote down the info, took my name & number, & then called me within a few days to follow up!
Unfortunately, I have to admit, some of the fruit can be either hit or miss. My faves are nectarines & plums. Over the summer, whenever I stopped in, I always made an attempt to buy some. Most times I found them to be either on the hard side or super soft & quishy (borderline rottenish). I also have given some of the organic fruit a try. I find that fruit to be a better quality but a bit pricey.
My recent discovery is the pre-​made salads. They are a pretty good size & decently priced! One of those for dinner always does the trick!
I will be moving from the neighborhood soon & sure hope to find a place similar to this one at my new location. If not, I’m sure I will find an excuse to take a drive to my old hood…

Great ²⁴⁄₇ organic market! The place is kept very clean, neat, well organized. We were here late night so the place wasn’t busy at all. The prices here are a little steep but well, you’re paying for convenience. Parking in front can be tough but no worry, you’ll find plenty of space in the back parking lot.
Another thing that we like about this place is their beer selection. This is definitely a place that we will go to whenever we want to get some beers late night.
If you live nearby & like to do your grocery shopping late night, this place is worth stopping by.
