I was amazed by the professionalism, response times and knowledge of the DTV team. I reached out to them and they came to my apartment to do a consultation, then they prepared an estimate and were very patient with multiple change requests on our end. When we finally settled on the project scope they conducted the installation on a timely and efficient way, completing the project very close to budget and on time. I was dreading this project because I had bad experiences with other vendors in the past, with them my expectations were exceeded and I will recommend them to anyone looking to complete an AV installation project.

Fast, professional and courtesy. We discovered DTV through Amazon for the installation of a TV mount. It turned out that the mount was not suitable for the space and they quickly suggested an alternative that was less expensive than our original plan. We will definitely go to them directly in the future. Highly recommend — if you want your job done right and quickly, call these guys.

These guys are the best! I called today and spoke to John, the owner. I told him that I am moving from my apartment on Monday and really needed my TV mount removed today. He told me he would call me back after speaking to his technician. Sure enough I get a phone call back 10 minutes later setting up an appointment for an hour later!
Sean met me outside of my apartment in Murray Hill. He brought everything that was needed and took down my TV easily! He made sure to wrap the correct wires I needed and ones I could leave. It only took him 20 minutes. He threw everything out after he was finished and was on his way.
I needed to write a review for DTV because they were professional, kind and timely. They service anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Make sure to call them first before going anywhere else! High recommended!

Just had John and his crew do a third installation of a flat panel in our home and I couldn’t recommend them more. Incredibly responsive and communicative in an age when that’s rarely the case, DTV is thoroughly professional, know what they’re doing (even making recommendations that may only benefit the consumer) and do a bang-​up job. No need to search around — DTV Installations will get the job done for a very reasonable price. Two remotes up!

Amazing service.
Purchased my TV installation for a 40″ Samsung through Amazon. The service was timely and professional. They provided their own wall mount for me even though I had one of my own. Also included an HDMI cable for me. Twas a a nice gesture.
I was a little apprehensive of them drilling so many holes because I was just expecting them to cover my cords instead of hiding them in the wall. But the installer mentioned they would be able to patch up the holes for me if my building super gave me any problems or extra fees. Not sure if this service was complimentary though.
Overall, everything looks super clean, and I had a great experience. I’d book them again for when I move apartments in a year or so.

DTV Installations went above and beyond with helping me mount my 42 inch TV. They came on time and called me before they arrived. The technicians name was Igor and he was unbelievable; he did everything in a clean and efficient manner and was extremely careful that everything was done right. He cleaned up after himself and even helped make all my wires tidy. The job came out perfect and my apartment looks 100% better as a result. I would reccomend DTV Installations to anyone and would highly recommend asking for Igor.

I had great experience with DTV Installation. I had them install two plasmas for me, I only had one mount but they sold me another one. All the wiring was done great, hidden in the wall or behind the moldings. The also installed in-​wall speakers and they did a good job, so I don’t have to repaint the walls. They do over-​the-​weekend installations which is very convenient and also the contractor called me when he was on his way. They made sure mounts, tv and all the speakers work properly and cleaned after they were done. They were friendly and helped me hooking up all the additional hardware I had (Chromecast, PlayStation and a Network Hard Drive). They also helped me configure TV settings to get the best out of it. I would totally recommend DTV Installations.
