Excellent! I did laser hair removal on my arms and lip and saw results after the first session. Lisa was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them.

I have been doing my laser treatment with Lisa for over an year now and every session is amazing. She is a fenomenal professional, cares about how I feel and specially about the results I get which, by the way, are just perfect! I have basically done my full body at this point because every time I run out of sessions or when I am done with one area, I get started in the next one and that is because I absolutely love everything about this place and the results. My skin is incredibly better and smoother, and nothing beats the kindness and attention of Lisa and Alex!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars it is so amazing. I have been going to Lisa for a little over a year and I highly recommend her. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so professional. I genuinely get excited to see her. I have such a physical sensitivity in the bikini area, so much so that I have walked out of 3 different waxes. Lisa is thorough and gentle and is so friendly I literally forget I don’t have pants on. I know that’s weird but it goes a long way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I been wanting to do laser hair removal for a while now. My friend, Carmen recommended Avenue Laser Hair Removal Center because she had a great experience from there.
I brought the deal on Groupon and read on Unilocal to request for Lisa. Communicating with the manager, Alex to book an appointment was so easy and quick. Also, they would send me a text message 1 – 2 days before my appointment to remind me! Which was so helpful.
I have nothing but great things to say about Lisa and if you do go ask for her! I was nervous when I first went in but she was so sweet and put me at ease. She was so patience, answered all my questions and explained to me how the process will be.
Overall, a very clean place and would recommend this place to everyone!

I bought a living social deal for Brazilian.
I followed Unilocaler’s advise to request Lisa, I had her for the first 4 appointments and she was amazing.
After I ran 10 min late form my 5^th appointment (I moved outside the city) I received another woman with a heavy accent. forgot her name. The experience wasn’t relaxing, she went really quick and didn’t give me time to breathe!
Some parts of the Brazilian laser hurt like HELL! Lisa would go slow and give me time if it hurt. This women wasn’t precise and would try to sell me packages THE WHOLE TIME
I took off one star for trying to sell me more packages during the treatment. If you go here ask for Lisa.
As for my results? I did 8 treatments and only a tad of my hair grows back here and there. I may go back for 3 more,. But overall amazing difference.

Shady practices!
Bought a Groupon voucher and this business failed to honor it. Fine print on Groupon said its valid for old customers who have not visited in the last 12 months. I last visited the business more than 17 months ago.
Business representative acted quite shady asking me to cancel my Groupon purchase and buy the same package directly through them. That’s most likely against the rules between Groupon and businesses. They claimed the exception for old customers was a misprint by Groupon but its still live on their site as well as Living Social.
Here are the texts from the business:
«Sorry, the vouchers are for new clients only. you will need to return the voucher and get a refund. As a one time courtesy we will let you purchase it directly through the office for $ 89 for three sessions if you are interested. Thank you.
Sorry, that was a mis print on their part. We will still honor the price for you however you would have to return the voucher and purchase it directly through the office $ 89. Thank you.
Just tell Groupon that you are not a candidate for laser and they will refund your money. Then you can purchase it directly from the office. Groupons are a way to introduce our services to clients.
Our manager will work with you and honor the deal directly from the office for $ 89»

Found a deal on groupon, decided to give it a try. Just finished my 5^th session (underarm), i can not be more pleased! Now my skin around underarm area is so smooth and hairless! The cooling air significantly ease the pain, love it! Plus Lisa is awesome, she really pays attention to what you need. The place is also nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

The office is really nice and clean. The other folks at the office are really nice as well. What’s really great is that they always try to have the same technician work with you for consistency (and there’s no awkwardness of getting to know someone new all the time). They even text reminders of my next appointment (real human beings, not automated systems). I’m very satisfied with my experience at this office and am recommending my mom to come as well! :)

Lisa is THE best technician. She is super sweet and always thinks of the client, and their needs. She made me feel very comfortable at every treatment and answered all of my questions in detail. The location is super clean and their appointment options are fantastic!

Lisa at Avenue has continued to be wonderful — I purchased additional sessions once I used up my initial package of 6 to make sure all of the hair was taken care of. Avenue has been extremely accommodating when I’ve had to change my appointment last minute due to work a number of times and everyone is so friendly and pleasant. I continue to see great results and know that Lisa is maximizing the laser strength while still considering pain management so I’ll have the best possible results. I would honestly recommend Avenue to anyone looking for a safe, trustworthy, and clean laser center.

First time? Afraid/​Nervous? Want cleanliness? I’d recommend this place. Make sure you get a technician you like and trust. I recommend Lisa.
Background:
I’m definitely not in the «Early Innovators» category when it comes to procedures on my body so it takes me a relatively extensive amount of research, months/​years of thinking it over, and lots of personal accounts and recommendations from trusted friends.
I finally got the courage to try this laser hair removal trend and decided to do it with Avenue Laser.
Venue:
Venue is very clean and also brand new. Just walk into the building and go to the 7^th floor.
Service:
Service is excellent. Alex, the manager, is very friendly and patient. He will answer all of your questions and concerns along with providing additional information so that you have all the information you need.
Technicians:
I had experiences with two technicians, Lisa and Katie.
Lisa is very sweet and conscientious. I had my first two sessions with her and she always made sure I’m comfortable and did not rush me through the process. She was also very encouraging as she always made me feel like it was an effective session and the temporary physical pain was worth it. (And thus far, I’d have to agree with her).
Katie, on the other hand, gave off a not-​so-​friendly vibe. I felt rushed as she didn’t do the usual due diligence that Lisa has gotten me used to. I also felt ignored since she didn’t respond to me when I stated that I’m nervous (even if I had done it before). The good thing about her was that the whole session took about 5 minutes compared to the usual 10 — 20. However, I also don’t know how effective her particular session was due to her lack of «usual preps» compared to those that Lisa takes. But I’ll leave that to you and your preferences to judge between the technicians.
Results?
My procedure isn’t done yet but so far this is definitely worth it.

First timer here– Katie was my technician and was very patient with my nervous questions. If you are used to waxing or tweezing the face, it will probably feel less painful than you expected (I was pleasantly surprised). All in all it was quick, professional, and they were kind enough to honor a long-​past living social deal. I’ll update the review as I see the results. Of course everyone’s skin is different; mine is on the light side with dark hair that is fine-​coarse depending on the area, and best characterized as the dreaded «combination» oily and dry + sensitive. Any redness went down after 10 minutes and no lingering tingling feeling at all + no burning.
