History

Established in 2007.

We are a small family business. Our family first settled in Minnesota, but after 20 some years of battling the cold, our father and stepmom decided to be the 1st to venture out to explore the warm southern states. And by divine intervention, they settled in New Smyrna Beach. And here we are.

Neon Ngo is one of the mostly highly respected cosmetologists in Volusia Co. Neon has had a passion for the beauty industry most of her young adult life. She has been licensed for more than 20 years in three states & has mastered a wide range of spa facial, nail care, waxing & threading, lash extensions, and permanent makeup services. However, her specialty & passion are leading a dynamic team of qualified experts in the beauty industry. Neon & her staff use high quality, reputable products & believe in continual education & strive to stay at the forefront of her field with her knowledge of new products, latest trends & services to provide excellent service to their clientele. Neon places high value on listening to her clients, understanding their needs & respecting their beauty… and she strives for unlimited creativity!

Let’s see… The shop was very clean which is a must when finding a nail salon. I did however notice they do not use sani packs of new tools for each person, so that was a negative (the equipment looked clean no obvious dirt) Pedicure is $ 25…not too bad, but it felt a little rushed, my cuticles could have a little more work and he cut them a little to short but they still looked nice in the end. My mom got the mani pedi, $ 35. Her nail guy was very pleasant and chatty. All in all it was a good experience, they weren’t too busy so we were taken care of right away. I would definitely return, but I would maybe be a little more vocal about the cuticle work.

First nail literally chipped the same evening, and by the next day almost every nail had a chip in it. Even my cuticles on several fingers are rougher looking than before I came in. Complete waste of money, I repainted them myself 24 hours later.

Love AA Nails! Neon is great with the lashes, love Tom for nails, and I just had a terrific pedicure (with wine and massage chair) from Evie. High quality service. Lovely music always playing.

Good service, a little pricey but seems right around the average for the area. I was able to make a same-​day appointment. They were on time and the place seemed clean. I would return.

AA Nails is one of the best salons in the area. It’s clean efficient and they always will accommodate without a appointment. I was referred by a friend and she has been very satisfied for sometime. She does though get the same tech each time. I have now had 3 different people and they defiantly have there own style. Today, I wasn’t as pleased she spent a lot of time but when I communicated what I didn’t care for and what I did want on a mani. She seemed irritated and I didn’t so much care for the results. Again, clean efficienct but find who you like and stick with that tech. It’s worth it!

Quality place in a non-​descript strip mall. We were visiting from out of town and had some time, so my husband and I decided to get a pedi. Afterwards, my husband said «this is the best pedicure that I have ever had». I agree. My tech had excellent attention to detail and no rushing to finish.

Very nice service. Visiting from out of state. I messed up my big toe putting on my shoe and they gladly fixed it! My daughter had a pedicure and shellack on her fingernails and it was a great price. The clinicians where all very sweet!
