The Regal Beagle, LLC

My husband and I moved to Needham in August with our black lab and found Regal Beagle online. We couldn’t be happier with Lauren and her team.
When we first emailed, Lauren came for a visit to meet us and our dog. From that first meeting it was obvious how much she truly cares about her clients (the dogs and the humans!). In the months that our dog has been in their care we have been nothing but satisfied. Lauren communicates so well… promptly responding to any questions or change of schedule we may have. She gave us some advice when our dog was spayed and even emailed (unprompted) to check in on how she was doing during her recovery.
5 stars doesn’t say enough. Regal Beagle is absolutely wonderful!

Lauren is the best, that’s all there is to it. Our dogs love going out with her for their weekly runs as well as boarding with her when we’re out of town. They get excited (really, really excited) whenever they see her pull up in front of the house. And, she also happens to be a most excellent human on top of being an incredible professional and great with our dogs. There’s nothing not to love about The Regal Beagle.

Lauren and Katie are wonderful! We are so happy to have found the Regal Beagle. Katie has been walking my lab/​hound mix, Mandy, for the last several months and it has been great! I know that my very energetic dog is getting ample time to run and play while my husband and I are at work. We love coming home to the detailed notes Katie leaves about their days activities (coming home to a tired dog isn’t bad either!). Lauren and Katie have also been extremely helpful and flexible if we have to work late and will come by to give Mandy dinner and a quick walk.
We feel completely comfortable with Lauren and Katie, and know that Mandy’s favorite part of the day is when Katie comes to get her!
I would highly recommend the Regal Beagle!

I’m going to try and keep this short and sweet, because I could go on and on about how wonderful Lauren is. We live in Needham and Lauren has been walking our 11 year old Siberian Husky/​Black Lab named Soebe for over three years now. Lauren is a fabulous dog walker AND a wonderful person. She truly cares about our dog, and I am positive this holds true for all of the dogs she walks.
When Lauren first started with us about 3.5 years ago it was very important to us that the same person come and walk our dog every day because we wanted to be able to establish a routine for Soebe so that she knew what to expect. We also felt more comfortable with the fact that only one person, whom we had met personally, would have access to our home. We trust Lauren implicitly and if she is ever not able to walk Soebe personally she has wonderful alternate walkers that step in whom our dog also adores.
Our dog’s physical and mental well-​being have both changed dramatically since Lauren first started walking her. She lost a few excess pounds, increased her energy level and has become more socialized with other dogs. We come home every day to a very happy and very tired girl and we usually know why when we read Lauren’s notes and hear about where she went and/​or who she played with that day.
Lauren also runs a very professional business. Her rates are very reasonable and she gives you plenty of notice if she needs to arrange an alternate walker.
If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and overall wonderful person to care for your dog you cannot do any better than Lauren. She will treat your dog as if they were her own.

Lauren takes great care of my dog. She is always so thoughtful, nice, honest, and always on time. her prices are very reasonable and her communication is alway clear, and very responsive. She is also incredibly flexible so if I am able to be home last minute to take my dog out, they she has no issues if I call them off for the day. My dog comes home exhausted from the running around that Lauren does with her. she has also helped me with training my dog as well and whipped her into shape and far as listening to all the commands. I would recommend The Reagle Beagle100 times over to any dog owner looking for a caring service to walk your dog.
Also, Lauren has taken my puppy for the weekend and she came back well rested and very happy:). I am always very comfortable leaving my dog in her care.

We have had dogs for many years and a few different dog walkers. None have come close to their service. Lauren (the owner) does it all. She walks them, runs them, they always come home tired and happy. Lauren has boundless energy. She communicates with us via email and text. She also takes pictures of the dogs while they’re in action, and sends them to us. I love the fact that Lauren is an athlete, so she works the dog out much more than I ever could. I watch Ike when he is home (via webcam) and he is is so excited when Lauren picks him up. When he comes home he goes right for the water dish and then he literally passes out. I have referred her to friends and they’ve all been very happy with her services. I believe the Regal beagle covers Needham and Wellesley, which is great for those towns and too bad for all the others. She’s great, I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s dependable and VERY trustworthy. She even fed my fish for me while I was out of town for an overnight trip. A+

I have used Lauren for dog walking for a few years. She is always prompt, professional and communicative. As an instructor in college, I am often gone for long periods of time. It is comforting to know that Lauren and her team are there for my dog. They will always let you know how your dog was while you were not able to be there. My dog always seems tired out after her hike.
