Went in to look at boots and asked for change to park. girl at register said she didn’t have any. so we left and didn’t get to stay and look. they lost a huge sale because we wanted boots for whole family. their loss for rudeness.

BUYERBEWARE! At least in the case of my boots, the price on the box was ridiculously inflated so they could offer a generous discount. That isn’t illegal, but it is intentionally deceptive. Shame on me for not checking the manufacturer’s website while I was still in the store. When we entered the store, we were told of their special 20% discount that day. My friend and I decided we would both buy a pair of boots and then we were generously extended a special 30% discount! Wow, that was really nice… When I got back to my home town, I was looking at the manufacturer’s site and realized I paid about $ 50 over MSRP! That wasn’t nice…

If you’re downtown and looking for a pair of awesome boots or accessories, this is the spot! I originally went in to look for a new belt and ended up leaving with some beautiful pieces jewelry and a belt buckle:). The owner was super sweet and fun to talk to(he had my friend and I laughing the entire time), and unlike the other stores we visited, he actually offered us suggestions on where we should go later on that night – as well as advice on where NOT to go(very much appreciated as were both in our mid 20s and know nothing about the area).

On the glitzy strip… but this shop is nice and the staff was VERY helpful, in assisting with boots for daughter. They even arranged for shipping them home, so we don’t have to carry them… nice large selection of boots, hats, clothes, etc… Overall well worth the trip. Much more user friendly and much more pleasant experience than their competitors across the steet.

I went to Nashville for the weekend and wanted to buy a pair of boots. After going into every other boots store, I ended up at Trail West. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very patient as I tried on many different boots. I could not decide so I bought one pair of black and one pair of brown boots and got a very good deal.

It was only a matter of time before I ended up in one of these western stores on Broadway. With friends in town for the past two weekends, going to a western wear store seemed to be an obvious choice. Trail West is really crazy. I cannot even imagine spending $ 500 on a cowboy hat, but there must be people who will. I think the vests and jackets are the funniest things in there. They had what looked like a rabbit fur vest. I admit I tried it on, disregarding the«No Photo» sign behind me and snapped a few pictures. I have been in here twice now and have had a great time both times. But, never once have I bought anything.

Bought a great western-styled shirt here on sale, but was disappointed to see it was made in China. Really, we cant make our own country and western gear in the USA???

My husband and I were recently married in Nashville. We FORGOT to pack the wedding attire we were supposed to wear on our wedding day. Rushing, we went into trail west to try to find something nice to wear. I have never received better customer service in my life!!! They were so extremely helpful not only that day, but for our entire trip. Cowboy Bleu, a man who works there, gave us some incredible discounts on everything we bought and even let us drop our shopping bags off every day of our vacation just so we could more enjoy our time downtown… and even gave us his own umbrella to use! This store truly shows Southern hospitality and not to mention, they have quality AND unique clothing. Every time I am in Nashville I am going to stop by to visit with them. Wonderful!!!

Like all the boot stores down on Broadway, Trail West Boots carries a whole lot of, yes you said it, boots. In the effort to make this review useful, I will say that the major difference between Trail West and the surrounding boot stores is that they carry more boots and apparel of the costume variety. Just look at their window display! If you are looking for boots with the stars and stripes, shirts with tassels and sequence, carved leather belts, or super shinny jewelry, you have come to the right place. They of course also carry your regular western shirts, cowboy hats, and etched leather boots.

Trail West’s inventory is somewhere between Boot Country and Boots ‘n’ More. While they may not have the sheer selection of cowboy boots that Boot Country has, they have a variety comparable to Boots ‘n’ More and a pretty enormous store. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I don’t wear a lot of cowboy style attire. Aside from Western shirts, it just isn’t my style. However, Trail West seems to have a pretty large selection of boots and hats, and their shirts and Western shirts(Nudie style with sequined cacti and steer skulls). They also have a lot of belts and belt buckles, though I didn’t see any that weren’t just like the ones at Boots ‘n’ More. The staff at Trail West seems really nice, and their selection is genuinely enormous. Their merchandise is a bit pricey, but it’s no more expensive than at other stores in the same vein.
