Marathon Fitness

I work near this gym, so I frequently try to ignore the fact that a) the previously mentioned and b) that the trainers I’ve met in passing were just so dang nice, I almost felt like I had to go… without being pressured of course. A more experience worker-​outer co-​worker of mine teamed up and worked out one-​on-​one, actually, two-​on-​one with Mike tonight. He was challenging, fun, encouraging, and informative… and most importantly for me NOT SCARY! They can help you figure out a fitness plan that works for you, just go in or call and ask. I’d never thought I’d say this, but I almost (keyword: almost) can’t wait until next time I go. All jokes aside, if you want an intense workout without the frills, THIS is the place to go. (And also you’ll get to brag to your friends that you work out where some of the Titans players do… how cool does that sound!?!)
