Located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in downtown Nashville, Etch offers a private dining room, full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the chef and her kitchen. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday, featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts.
The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.
History
Established in 2012.
Etch opened its doors in August of 2012 as the newest culinary venture by Chef Deb Paquette.
In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville’s best chef and Nashville’s best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.
After only a year of opening, Etch expanded to include a fully-private 725 sq ft private dining room and additional kitchen space.

As the Marketing & Events Director for Etch Restaurant, I can assist with any inquiries, including recent visits, private dining information or general questions regarding Etch.
I have been employed by the owners of Etch since June 2006, overseeing sales and marketing efforts for our sister property, Amerigo Italian Restaurant.
