I was here the first day they were open on February 1, 2015. I came back this season and everything is still the same. The burgers, fries, slaw and drink is a bargain. My only criticism they give out way too much packets of ketchup, too many napkins, salt and pepper. They could save some money by cutting back. I had a mushroom Swiss burger. I think the mushrooms were grilled fresh. Everything was delicious!!!

We always try out new places that we don’t have in AZ. We love a good burger and shake. Drove by at 2 pm on a Monday and saw people eating and hanging out. Thought if they can draw people at 2pm, they must be good. Super friendly staff, fast service, great shakes and burgers. All for about the same as you would spend at a clowns, Kings, red headed girl, etc fast food joint. Food was great, no red slime burgers here! Frys were good and fresh cut tasting. Not skinny sugar coated ones. We will be back!

We stopped here for a quick sugar fix before our trip back home. I ordered a small soft serve in a cup which was such a smooth and tasty treat. My best friend ordered a mint chocolate chip shake which she absolutely loved. Wish I’d had time to order more stuff. Maybe next time.

I must say that while many of us actually cringe at the thought of DQ no longer being here, I’ll wager most of us that have given this ONE try all agree that the current operation is BETTER than DQ was during its heyday. Seating, alone, is a case in point. We came here this evening after a multi-app dinner @ The Dock. I felt a wee bit like a cheater for coming, but I came to my senses and recognized that DQ had run her course here years ago — this was natural selection at play. Four of us ordered desserts and sat down in CLEAN seats/tables, in what appears to be an expanded seating area. It felt like the order was completed in ½ the time I expected(it was less than 3 minutes — I know that) and we enjoyed all of it. So… Thanks, new operation, for keeping the tradition of this corner going — and improving upon an already good thing that it was!

It seems this place will quickly take your money, then everything seems to stop. Took us easily 20mins to get 2 shakes. Once we got the shakes I was expecting the holy grail, and I got a run of the milk shake that was too thick to drink. We’ll pass next time.

food is great! fresh and tasty I went 3 times the first week they were open. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about but the prices are great especially for the location. They do not have gyros. at least that Ive seen on the menu. But everything is made to order so it does take a while to get your food, but again it is worth the wait!

I had been in Naples visiting at the hospital. Day after day, we’d see the Shake Shop — right there across the street. It looked ready, but never seemed to be open. After some time, we realized they were close to opening. Lo and behold, the day before we leave town, they open up! It was time to swing by and check it out. We weren’t ready for food, but I’m always ready for some ice cream. In our group, we got a raspberry shake(me), a hot fudge shake, and a hot fudge sundae. The prices weren’t fantastic, but about what you would expect from a sunny destination with a tourist base. I thought the shake was delicious. Best ever? Nah. But it hit the spot on a warm sunny day. The menu was pretty large — featuring hamburgers, gyros, chicken… really, a wide variety of things. Had we been in town any longer, I’m sure we would have grabbed a bite here eventually. I think their location is great — plenty of business around(notably the hospital), but also close to some touristy areas. They should do well if the food is decent! The place was very clean(duh — it’s NEW!) and their outdoor seating was very nice.
