Supreme Collision

Totalled almost new BMW. They were very helpful in getting the car declared totalled. The insurance company was being difficult and wanted to repair it. They pushed back even though they would have surely been paid $ 25K+ to go forward with major repair.

When I had a follow up question for the owner JR, he was hostile and didn’t want to take the time to answer. Before I paid them all was ok.
Be sure to thoroughly check your car, raise the hood, etc before you leave. Be aware after that you are on your own!

The owner JR and his team provide personal attention and meticulous workmanship in the repairs. I have used Supreme many times for high end cars– always with perfection in their work. I had the misfortune of another mishap on the way to Orlando on the two lane road of Hwy 31. This time, a dump truck plowed over a load of 2’x4’s and airborn projectiles came crashing down on my other vehicle, a candy apple red Acura 3.2CL. I had several gashes 2 – 6 inches deep on the hood, a sideview mirror torn off, headlight destroyed, and multiple lacerations on the bumper. So I set up the Express service appointment with a Geico claims rep and Enterprise Car Rentals agent on site at Supreme Collision. I was greeted by Sean from Geico, who quite possibly is the most efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly claims adjuster in Florida — together with JR (the owner of Supreme). The car damage was evaluated, which included bumper replacement, hood work, sideview mirror and headlight replacement, inclusive of complete paintwork on the bumpers and hood and blend to fenders. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a nice rental car from a very nice lady at Enterprise. The promised completion date was Friday (two days later!), which was overly optimistic considering the extensive damage. Well, as sure as the sun rises, I received an email update of the car in repair mode with pics (front end looked completely disassembled) from Tonya (another very nice lady CSR) on Thursday. Then late Friday, I got a call that the car was finished. Since the drive to Naples is an hour away, I decided to pick up my car on Monday with no qualms from Geico on extending the rental car period. The results were simply outstanding (once again)!! The car looked showroom perfect, quite literally — and JR went the extra mile to take out some dings (once again) from the rear quarter panel at no additional cost. The paint blend, from the plastic bumper to the fenders and hood was precise to the most discriminating eye. The car was detailed inside and out. The car looked like it got a makeover from top to bottom. The only thing missing was Chip Foose and the crew from Overhaulin’.

Took my car here to get detailed and it looked like a 3^rd grader did the work, horrible job. Wax was in all the cracks, water spots were not removed like they promised, the car stunk from about 2 weeks from some kind of air freshener they used on the inside. over spray everywhere on the rims from tire dressing. Stay away from these amateurs, they have no idea how to detail a car!!!

From the time of my parking lot fender bender (his fault) until I had the car in my hands with only an overnight rental was one week — with Christmas holiday in between. Worked well with my USAA insurance, no cost at all to me. Everyone there is very friendly and efficient. I didn’t have to wait any more than 10 minutes at any step. They even sent me an email with pictures of the car after the bumper had been removed with a progress report.
Highly recommend them if you need body work/​collision repair.

I took my 2004 BMW Z4 to Supreme for touch up and some repainting plus a complete detailing to get the car looking good again. While there I told them that my BMW mechanic suggested I get new tires since the tires on the car were more than 10 years old and were subject to failure. I asked for a reference to a tire dealer but they said they could obtain and mount the tires for me, so I told them to do so.
A week later I lent my care to my granddaughter to drive to college. She called later that day saying she was stuck on a highway with a flat tire. To shorten this story, what I eventually found out is that Supreme never changed the rubber tire fill valves which were also more than 10 years old. Nor did they give me the option to change the valves. This whole business including towing and changing all the valves cost me several hundred dollars additional. When I presented Supreme with the broken old valves and told them what had happened, they just told me that they don’t change valves when they change tires and since they never charged me for the valves it was my problem. Tough luck!
Although the bodywork they did on my car was fairly good, I could not go back there because of their attitude of «not my problem» regarding improper work performed.

No one starts their day wanting to get in a car accident. But when I was involved in a rear-​end collision last week, I was grateful that we ended up at Supreme Collision. My car needed a new bumper, back up sensor, and repairs to the exhaust system. Supreme took care of everything and the work was completed within 48 hours — no waiting for parts, no delays of any kind. They did an exceptional job and made the process easy for us, including having rental cars available on site. Everyone was efficient and courteous. In a nutshell, this is a business that does it right!

Like many in SW Florida, I ride a vintage Vespa Motor Scooter. Supreme Collision services scooters for Vespa of Naples. So, I decided to give them a call. After speaking with them, I was informed that they serviced older bikes.
«Come on down anytime!», they said. After no less than three conversations with employees of Supreme Auto and had been assured that they could do the work, I brought my scooter in for general maintenance and a new headlight bulb.
The phone rang.
«Sir, we cannot service your vehicle,» was their prognosis after I drove it downtown and left it overnight.
«We don’t have the tools to fix it and our technician cannot service it.»
«Don’t have the tools»? What does this mean? Did the Snap-​On driver repossess all your metric socket sets the minute I left? Did every spark plug and tire pressure gauge vanish into thin air? I’m just curious.
Initially, when someone tells me they «can’t» do something, it really means that they are just too lazy to try.
I think this what happens at Supreme Collision. The technician was too busy servicing other, newer, Vespas (which does not speak highly of their quality if he had that many to fix), and he bitched and moaned about having to pull a spark plug and blow some compressed air through an air filter, that the shop manager had no other choice than to call me back and inform me that they did not want my business.
Or yours, for that matter.
In fairness, which is why they get one star, they replaced a lightbulb in my headlamp. Apparently, it took the technician 30 minutes to do that, so I guess I understand how busy he must be if it took him that long to perform such a basic and menial task. Rightsy, tightsy… lefty loosey!

We don’t expect to use a collision repair shop very often, but when we do, it will most definitely be supreme auto collision. We took our vehicle in for a small repair … a fender bender in a parking lot. The staff were amazing from the moment we filed the claim with insurance. Our car was returned in the promised time frame and looked like a brand new vehicle. We later discovered that they took care of small little maintenance items that were not part of the repair. We could not be more pleased with the decision to do business with Supreme.
