Core Values Health & Fitness offers both indoor & outdoor fitness classes to help you find and build your inner strength. Our mission is to educate, motivate, and inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle so that we can build a community of people who feel empowered to reach their greatest physical strength and full potential. We believe that your power lies within your core, and we want to help you tap into that power. Regardless of where you are on your fitness journey, you will be welcomed and feel as though you belong here. We also provide nutrition consultations, personal training and event training. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get lean, build strength, increase athletic performance, or take your athletic skills to new heights, we are committed to helping you get there!

History
Established in 2013.
Three friends, two of whom had long been rockstar group fitness instructors, went for a run one day. As they ran they chatted about their love of fitness and desire to empower people and change how people feel about fitness. The they met TRX suspension training and fell in love. On the next run it was decided that people need an inviting place to workout with friends where they feel they have constant support and get pushed to reach their full potential. Also, those three friends really wanted to share TRX with everyone they met. So Core Values was born and raised to become a place for a community of people to get together, challenge themselves with workouts, nutrition, races, and support each other over any obstacle that tried to get in the way.
We started classes in a carport, then a park, and finally to the current studio space on the corner of Lincoln & Silverado Trail in Napa. All with the goal of helping people find the courage and confidence to be their best & try new things.

Jackie, Elizabeth, Laurie.
Business Owner
Elizabeth, Jackie and Laurie share a passion and enthusiasm for fitness that shows in every class. Their desire to motivate people is what drives them each and every day. Elizabeth has 8+ years teaching in the Valley and is one of our running gurus. She always pushes you to work to your full potential whether it be in class or through one of her race training plans. Jackie has over 19 years of experience as a group fitness instructor plus an innate ability to say just what you need to hear at the perfect moment. Laurie has been passionate about fitness for many years, though a relative newbie to teaching group fitness. She blends her passion for cooking with her knowledge of nutrition to build recipes and meal plans that can help people learn to enjoy healthy eating. All three owners experience the greatest joy and reward when a client boasts of accomplishing a new goal, whether it be running a race, completing a tough Boot Camp, or losing weight.
