Steve and son did a great job on our windows and screens. We have tried other services but none did as good a job and paid attention to detail. Washing the screen by hand really made a big difference the next time we had a little rain. I will be calling them in again for sure.

Steve, Stef & Mike left our home a little while ago and left me with a big smile on my face. They were wonderful! Not only did they do an excellent job on our windows, screens and sills, they were such friendly people with big smiles — so pleasant to have in our home. Our windows have not looked this great since they were new. We would definitely have them return to do our windows and would definitely recommend them to friends. Thank you guys!

Steve & Steph arrived on time and worked quickly & efficiently. The cleaning included the interior window sills, windows inside & out and screen cleaning.
We would highly recommend Advanced Services and look forward to working with them again.

Steve is great. great attention to detail, reliable and just a great guy! He has been doing the windows at my business for over a year. He shows up on time and comes once a month. The past window cleaners we have had rarely showed up and some even just stopped with out any advanced notice. Steve and his guys always show up looking professional and he is a legit business man with great customer service! He won’t leave until the job is done right!

Steve cleaned my skylights on my house and did a wonderful job. He managed to get the solar panels cleaned up as well so they will be generating power at max efficency. He also got out an oil stain that had been in my driveway for years. Everything looks new and will be calling him again for regular servicing from now on.

Choosing a window cleaning company can be challenging at best but I have to say this time I hit the jackpot. Steve and his son were friendly, professional and they did a fantastic job on our windows that were very dirty and covered with water splotches. The windows have never looked this good. I will be using them from now on.

I just had my windows cleaned by Steve. My windows have not been cleaned for god knows how long. They were icky with caked on spots and mystery residue. Steve even had to work with window screens that have been screwed in and taped on to stay in place (by the former owners of the house!). It took half a day, but he hustled the entire time and did a thorough job of cleaning all windows, screens and tracks. I love my crystal clear windows!
Steve is also a very nice guy and pleasant to have around, because let’s face it, even if someone does a great job, who wants to have an unpleasant person in their house for four hours?

Steve and his son recently spent half a day washing all my windows, inside and out, and cleaning the screens. They did a thorough, expert job — my house is sparkly and shiny again! Steve is very friendly and professional, and I will definitely hire him again next time I need my windows washed!

Steve, at Advanced Services, was referred to me by my friend that is very fussy… so I expected him to do a great job and he did! He is very conscientious, and reliable. He came exactly when he said he would, and was very thorough. We had discussed pricing on the phone, but when he came he saw that I had many small paned windows, which was a significant increase over the original price. But, it took him and his colleague 8 hours to do the job, inside, outside and the screens. The windows were sparkling, and it was well worth the cost. If you want a hardworking person, that really has attention to detail, you will not be disappointed with Steve. He is not inexpensive, but he is an excellent window cleaner, and worth the cost.
