My air conditioning unit is the original for a Murrieta house built in 1969. Trying to get one more year out of it — I know it can’t last forever, but replacing it right now isn’t economically feasible. With the temperatures in the 90’s I was absolutely sick when it ceased to blow cool air. I have had some bad experiences in the past with service companies only wanting to sell a new unit and replace, not repair, older appliances. Paul was able to come out the next day, put Freon in and did minor work on the unit and got it cooling again. He was prompt, efficient, and very reasonable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly!

Our air wasn’t cooling today and it was a hot day. Called Mr. Murphy on Saturday afternoon. Received a call back in 20 min and he came right over. Outstanding service!
Quickly found the issue even had the part on his truck. Fixed the problem and we had him service the unit and change the filter. He also gave us several helpful tips.
He was a very professional, knowledgeable and quickly had our air cooling for a very reasonable cost.
We highly recommend Murphy’s A/​C and we will use him again.

Just called Paul because my AC was turning off, he asked if my green Edison light was blinking and I said yes, and he told me Edison was shutting of certain units. Saved me a service trip, what a great guy! Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely use him when my AC breaks again.

Paul was awesome! I called him 5 minutes before closing on Saturday. And he was at my house first thing Sunday morning (even tho his business is closed!) He was great! Had parts and had us back up and running in no time! Even after he left, he called because he was still thinking about our unit and wanted to make sure it was running fine! Would highly recommend!!!

After our return from a 12-​day vacation in Maui, I discovered that our a/​C system wasn’t delivering the cold. Called Murphy’s a/​C repair and, believe it or not, he showed up at our front door 15 minutes later. Five minutes after his arrival, he determined that our capacitor needed replacing. He did the repair in another five minutes, having all the parts needed on his truck. Wow, what’s not to like. Charge for his labor and the new capacitor was reasonable.

I just had my AC unit fixed and Paul was very fast and efficient. He got it done in less than an hour and I’m very happy with the service. Great price too. He also fixed my sister’s AC unit several weeks ago and she is still enjoying the cold air during these hot days. Will definitely use his service again. Thanks Paul!

After 10 years, our AC went out. More specifically, the fan stopped spinning. I called Paul and he came out the same day, price was very reasonable and he didn’t try to upsell any services. He showed me exactly what was damaged and needs to be fixed and made some additional recommendations but wasn’t pushy at all. Our AC is now running in perfect condition!

EXPERT, professional, friendly, trustworthy and reasonably priced — all qualities in Murphy’s Air Conditioning Repair. I think that says it all but I love Murphy’s! Mr. Murphy came to my home on less than 24hrs notice and not only fixed my broken thermostat, he also fixed a faulty wiring situation we had. Every time the sprinklers were on with the AC, we’d blow a fuse… not anymore thanks to Murphy’s! He also came back a couple weeks later when a different issues arose with our AC unit and he fixed our problem in very little time.
