This office is simply amazing. I love the glasses I recieved from them. They look great and can see perfectly out of them. The ladies in the optical department helped me find the perfect frames and were so patient with me as I tried on almost every frame on. They explained all the lenses to me and the pricing. I highly recomend everyone I know to go here. The doctor and the front desk were awesome too! Love it!

Let me clarify, this review is for the glasses area. The doctor and front office staff were great. The ladies in the area where you pick out glasses and order them were horrible. The girls were snotty and rude. The person who helped me, didn’t catch her name (red hair) didn’t even let me wonder around to look at glasses. She made me sit down and she chose the glasses for me to try. No. When we picked up my daughter’s glasses, the lady that helped her didn’t even check to see if they needed to be adjusted. Almost as if she didn’t want to be bothered by doing her job. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 30 years of wearing glasses.
