History

Established in 2006.

After a year of serving as a loan officer assistant in 2005, Benjamin obtained his real estate license in 2006 and became a full service loan officer himself. Since then, he and his wife Telesa have started many entrepreneurial ventures, but Benjamin found himself back in the real estate industry as a full time agent in 2011. It has been realized that many of his past ventures have given complimentary skills to enhance his performance in this industry which puts Benjamin in a class above the rest. He is able to offer tools, associations, and talents in the field that others cannot.

With a background in the event planning industry, Benjamin is an expert at laying out a perfect plan to appropriate differences, moderate budgets, and anticipate what his clients need. He recognizes the major opportunities in today’s market and therefore is a full time representative in both Orange County and the Inland Empire.
