Established in 2002.

In the aftermath of the foreclosure crisis, after meeting so many people who were taken advantage of, we are on a mission to educate and guide our homeowners and homebuyers and ensure they have the tools to make responsible decisions.

We must all take the lessons of the past to guide us in the future. For real estate, that means having sound and aggressive home buyer strategies, making far-​sighted home seller decisions, and avoiding bad loans.

Here is what we have taken from the recent market crisis: Even in the face of heavy competition, buyers can write winning offers without overpaying for a home. Even in a «seller’s market,» there are critical concerns that transcend «the highest price.» And even as banks continue their cutthroat policies, distressed homeowners who remain upside-​down on their current homes still have opportunities to benefit from the real estate market.

Business Owner

Brian Bean is a Homeowner Advocate, Certified Probate Specialist, Property Manager & Realtor for home sellers. He moved to Southern California from the Pacific NW in 1988 and worked as a newspaper editor for 13 years in Palm Springs. After leaving the corporate world, he launched his own real estate brokerage. He and wife Alisa have been married since 2002 and they love to scuba dive and travel.

Tim Hardin, a Homeowner Advocate, was born and raised in Riverside, CA. He runs Dream Big’s Home Buyer Placement Division and specializes in matching families with high-​quality properties. He and wife Meredith have 5 children. Tim graduated from Poly HS in Riverside in 1985, where he was a football star. He runs a non-​profit that exposes disadvantaged youths to the beauty of the outdoors.
