Can I give NO star? Text book stereotype: sharks, vampires and liars. Never listened to my needs ONCE, just pushed double my budget down my throat and gave me smoke and mirrors in the hot sun for an hour til I finally just walked off… THEN THEY CALLED AND TEXT ME TO BRING ME BACK! Hey, body language and context clues 101: if you annoy me with lies and lines so much I walk off, DONT CALL ME AND TEXT ME! I went from being irritated to writing a Unilocal review and committed to tell everyone how textbook and almost, sadly, comically shady and you untrustworthy you are. If I didn’t already love driving toyotas, dealing with people at this dealership would almost drive me to never even own another one and switch to a new make entirely!!!

Had a scheduled time for an oil change. Went ok. Took longer than the guy told me. I also asked to have my tires balanced so that it would take away the shaking in my vehicle. The vehicle still shakes. Kinda disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE!
THE QUICK HURRY BY NOW, they will get the price you need but its way past money that you will pay. Please secure financing prior to visit, also read fine print carefully. We have not been delivered wheels (we payed 1300ish), the wheel company changed due to a better price some other manager got (without informing us) but they cant get the wheels (located at a shop 30 min from dealership at most) b/c the wheel vendor wont give them tax id number. Almost a month, 4 different stories, two vendors, three managers and still no wheels. Not to mention they did not register vehicle in state system, we found out only after we tried to renew tag.
Will is the only sales guy there (we had last year) who we have had a positive experience with.

Decided to take my truck in for an oil change/rotation and balancing while on the road. I was assisted by Jasmine who offered exemplary customer service. The waiting area was pretty comfortable with a TV, magazines and complementary beverages (water, sodas, coffee) and pastries [nice touch!]. They had plenty of power strips available for phone charging and free wifi — must haves these days.
I had to return a few minutes after leaving because the vibration I’d been feeling was still there but they took care of the issue and I left happy the second time.
This location was pretty small as Toyota dealerships go but I noticed they are building a gargantuan replacement right next to I65 [Exit 81A]

I have always dreaded walking into dealerships. I just moved to Murfreesboro and needed to purchase a car. Avoided it for as long as I could then finally walked into this establishment because I am partial to Toyota. I can not even begin to say how wonderful the staff of this dealership are. Blake was the staff member who assisted us and he was amazing. Very kind and helpful not pushy at all and was willing to show us whatever we wanted. His customer service was to notch. The owner Andy spoke with us as well and gave us an AMAZING deal on a used Camry which is exactly what we were looking for. I highly highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car at a great deal to visit this dealership!!!

We finally found a new door for our 4Runner a while back, and have just been trying to coordinate getting it repaired.
