I have had this same problem for a couple of years now and had seen other places to try to identify the problem. It was a problem that got louder as the temperature outside got hotter. Because of this I had had no identification of the problem, just a good guess. When I brought it back to the place I bought it, it was given a diagnostic test the same day and within hours the problem was identified and fixed. I am VERY, VERY satisfied!

I recently bought my wife a 2012 Ford Mustang (not from here). I’m a believer in taking my cars to the dealership for service. I asked them to check it over, and do a normal maintenance procedure (oil, fluids, tires etc). I also noticed when I bought it that the paint was peeling on the hood. I asked them to see if Ford had any allowances on the paint (only 3 years old with paint peeling… really?)
They did the PM and recommended new brake pads and rotors all the way around. Instead of giving me the details and a professional estimate for the work, they hand wrote, in pen, a price that provided no detail on what the car needed (I found this to be shady). I got all the brakes and rotors done for much less elsewhere.
Regarding the paint, they never provided me a price, or any kind of takeaway from Ford. They said they would call me. It’s been about a month… I assume they’ve forgotten all about it.
I bought that Mustang used as a «test» car. We got a great deal on it, and figured if we really liked it we would upgrade to a brand new Mustang in the next year. Between the chipping paint, and the lousy service at this dealership… we will be looking at a Challenger… and will make sure the dealership we go to is not under this same ownership as this one,

I did most of the work via email with David Tibbs. He was very helpful. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted and shown where to sit to wait on David. David got the key and told me to drive it to see if I liked it. I did like it so I drove back to the dealership to work out a deal, if possible. I didn’t end up with the payment I was told I could get. This bothered me but it wasn’t far enough off to be a deal breaker. I was sold the gap insurance and found out that I have gap insurance as part of my insurance policy. Other than that, I was treated decently and I’m happy with the car I bought. David Tibbs is an excellent customer service person!

I have a 2005 Ford Five Hundred that I have had serviced here a couple of times. They have always done great work and get you in and out quickly, but they sure are high on their prices. I finally just started taking my car elsewhere unless it was a recall issue. For the couple of recall repairs that I’ve had done, they took care of me with absolutely no hassle whatsoever! If you don’t mind the higher prices of dealership repair, then it would be hard to find any fault here.

I would rate zero stars if I was able to. I will give it an OK to the salesperson as he seemed new and was nice and courteous but the managers and David Lee were of no help and total waste of time. They supposedly offer a 110% price guarantee but came no where near that price when I drove 30 miles and spent 3 hours there. Actually their first price was a whopping $ 11,000 higher than the truck I had found in an identical model. Then I emailed David Lee and just asked for at least a gas card to reimburse me for my time and travel when he again confirmed he would take care of it. This was early September… now late October and still nothing. David Lee will just email you back and forth wasting more of your time. My advise: go somewhere else if you want better service and price.

I brought my Mustang in to this dealer to trade it in and start a lease on a newer one.
I initially spoke to a salesman named Garrett Mayfield over the phone. I let him know what I was trying to do and what I expected before even picking out a car. He was as helpful and friendly as can be. Once I arrived at the dealership nothing had changed. Garrett gave a good handshake and a friendly smile, then we got right to business.
I could not bring my wife with me for scheduling reasons, but Garrett suggested I try to get the lease set up with just my credit. I had all the credit checking and negotiating done before I even looked at the car. Some dealers refuse to work like that, but for me it’s all about the numbers, and the salesman and his manager respected that. Within a couple of hours I was driving home in my new car with a lease that had been set up with just my credit, at the price I wanted.
A week or so later I got a call from Garrett telling me that something went wrong with my funding, and that the payment would be a tiny bit higher than I was told. Of course, I was given the option to run my wife’s credit and see if we could keep the price where we negotiated it with both of us on the lease. This was a bit frustrating, to say the least. I hadn’t posted my review for this purchase yet, but all I could think was «Well, there goes that 5 star review these guys were gonna get.» I was able to submit my wife’s information through their website for approval, then they told me later that day that it would work just fine, everything would be as we negotiated it, with the only difference being that we would both be on the lease.
We showed up during my wife’s lunch hour the next afternoon. We were met with sincere apologies all around. Instantly, Garrett had all of the paperwork ready for us to fill out ready to go so that we could get to the finance guy’s office quickly. He then surprised me by telling me that he was going to take my car and fill the gas tank while we were signing the papers. A very nice lady came to his desk and let my wife and I know that there was another surprise. We were being given two free oil changes and another free tank of gas (yes another tank, not including the one Garrett was giving me at that very moment) for any cars we wanted. They did not have to be used on the car we were leasing. THIS is exceptional 5 star service. «We are very sorry for this. We try to make this process as streamlined as possible. Hopefully, this makes up for any inconvenience we might have caused.»
In the end, we walked out with 2 tanks of gas, 2 oil changes, and the lease is actually $ 1 per month less than what I had originally signed. All for a 1 hour inconvenience.
Things go wrong from time to time when you buy anything, and it’s especially frustrating when you are spending tens of thousands of dollars. These guys really went above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. I do NOT give 5 star reviews lightly. I absolutely recommend them if you want to purchase or lease a new car, and I will always shop there to do so as long as I live in middle Tennessee.

I notice David L. Has responded and apologized for anyone not lured into Ford Credit. I am disappointed that I wrote a review 3 months ago with no response. This type of ethic is unacceptable, especially due to their great location.

BEWARE!!! This place is a nightmare!
Have had multiple problems with my vehicle. I’ve brought it in multiple times and nothing gets fixed. The last time I brought my vehicle in, the service tech told me she would get me a car on Fords tab since I travel all over the state and I’m rarely home. I received a call the next day saying they can’t do anything because my tire sizes are wrong. I explained those are the tires that came of the vehicle. She argued with me to tell me they weren’t. She said ford can’t do anything for me and that I need to pick up my vehicle until I buy tires from the dealership. I don’t need new tires. I told her I won’t be back in town for several days she said that’s fine take my time, my cars waiting when I get back. I come back to get my car and they say I owe them 370 $ for a rental car. I said no and wanted to speak to a manager. The manager says, what do expect me to do. You want me to pay this?!? I told him I would have used my other car if there was a cost!!! Anyways, they kept me there making me late to work until I had to threaten them with calling the police and they finally gave me my keys back.
Crazy people!!! I will be reporting to the BBB and attorney general!!!

Never had a bad experience with their service department. If you have an appointment they will do their absolute best to accommodate the time. Things happen and they get behind, but they always tell you upfront if it’s going to take longer than expected. I bought tires and a block heater from them and Bill Remington made sure to watch my dollar and priced matched the tires to a lower quote I got. They have a comfortable waiting area and a very friendly staff.

When I specifically asked the salesman Chico and his manager to only run my credit through Ford Credit only they went ahead and took it upon themselves to run my credit with 3 or 4 other banks. Funny thing is that I was financed with Ford Credit at 1.9%. Their actions have impacted my credit for the next two years but they totally didn’t care. They just wanted to sell a car whatever it took. Rush rush rush. Next! I bought two cars from them but I will have to go somewhere else next time I buy a car.

I just want to tell you of a recent experience I have had with this dealership, I visited the dealership and found a Ford F-​150 on the lot that I really liked, I sat in it and thought this maybe the truck for me, I didn’t take a test drive since I wanted to do a little research on not only the Truck but the dealership also.
A few days later armed with a True Car certificate I sent the dealership a email stating that I had a certificate from True car and it clearly stated on that said certificate that I could get «ANY in stock F-​150 truck’ for the amount shown below.
The person who responded who I won’t share he’s/her name firstly disputed the certificate and said that they couldn’t possible sell it for that price, so I gave up, then low and behold the same person a few hours later came back and said that he/​she had spoken with her General Sales manager who had agreed and would honor the certificate and said I could have the truck and that they would honor the price quoted by me (how gracious of them).
So since I really wanted this truck and the fact was I couldn’t find another within 150 miles with the same specs made the dealership an OTD dollar amount, an email came back stating that they couldn’t possible sell me that truck for that price but at this point this person had NOT spoken to he’s/her Sales manager since it was he’s/her day off and was reading my email from home, so he/​she had already denied my offer without even consulting anyone else, as you all know when you deal with a sales person they always have to get approval for every dime from a manager.
Later that day I get an email stating that they can offer me the truck OTD for $$$$$ …so at this point we were $ 1100 apart, the email ends with «Meet me half way»…
I stupidly took that to mean split the difference, what else could it mean, so I think about it for a while and offer another $ 500 the dealership then responds with blaa blaa blaa and how a good a deal this is for «ME» and that I shouldn’t let this offer go they and pass me by, yeah you know the same old record they sing about every time you try to buy a car and how they have to make money (Which isn’t true, dealers can actually sell a car/​truck at a loss believe it or not), we’ve all heard it, it gets old after a while and states the Sales manager said I can have it OTD for $ 108 less than he’s original offer. now how in the world is that «Meet me half way» when I went to school I would have to say at a guess that’s about 89/​11% in their favor, not sure what «Meet me half way» means anymore, so I told them where to stick their great offer and I moved on, there not the only Ford dealer but they won’t be earning my business today, tomorrow on any other day soon, at the end of the day they lost a buyer for LESS THAN $ 400 SO BE WARNED!!!

I was asked to contact Mr David Lee the owner and General Manager of Ford of Murfreesboro, he kindly declined to respond to my email, I wonder why???

The Collision Center at Ford of Murfreesboro does sloppy work. Why aren’t these vehicles being inspected prior to the customer picking them up? It has took FOM four times to repair my vehicle. This was the worst experience ever! These people do not care about the customer experience, the customers time or the quality of work they are putting out and full of excuses. FOM was recommended by Cadillac of Murfreesboro or I would have taken my vehicle to a Cadillac dealership that was full service. I am used to quality and caring, where the customer experience means something.

The body Shop is due cudos. They handles my claim from USAA quickly and professionally. Cara was a pleasure to talk to and they fixed my vehicle within a day!!! Thank you all for a job well done!

Best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Did my homework, knew what I wanted to buy, had predetermined a fair price, and both David Lee and Angelo (sales manager) worked with me. Truck was en route from Dearborn — had it ready for delivery two days later. Great experience, great follow up… Would highly recommend.

We have purchased two cars from here, and we have greatly enjoyed our experiences with Ford of Murfreesboro. I mean, it is a car dealership, so I am giving it five stars in relation to other car dealerships. Seriously, when your choices of Ford dealers in and around Nashville/​Murfreesboro are here, Franklin, and Crown Ford, this is by far the best of the three. I leave here feeling good about my experience and feeling like we both mutually «won» during the negotiation. Buying a car is a negotiation to leave with that feeling of mutuality and not leave with a feeling of regret or buyer’s remorse — well, I think that is meaningful.
In relation to the associate who assisted us, I would recommend Boyce to anyone. He’s very open and honest and won’t try to sell you something that you neither need nor want. Overall, I think he is a classy fellow and I enjoyed negotiating with him.
In their service area, they have someone who details the cars (if you ask and are willing to leave yours for the majority of the day) and he does a fine job as well. Your car/​truck/​SUV/​crossover will look and smell new and priceless just like the day you bought it.

We went to Ford of Mboro and our sales person was Mr. Blevins. He was very nice and didnt pressure us at all. The Ford lot really didnt have anything we cared for so he walked us over to the GMC lot right next door. There we found one heck of a deal on a 2010 Honda Accord. We test drove it and then we went in and figured out what the interest rate would be and so forth. My fiancé’ and I wanted to talk about it more so we went and had lunch. We both aggreed we wanted the price down and the payments down. We walked in and Mr. Blevins made it happen for us! They were quick to get our tags and so forth. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Mr. Blevins.

The prices he quoted me were a joke. Seriously a joke! Let me guess cause I am a woman I will fall for this form of BS? No, I sold cars and quit because of how heartless most of them are! I bought with ford, BMW, Chrysler, GMAC, and personal have a 2010 CTS Caddy. He quotes me (on leases) $ 540 for an explorer, $ 305 for bare bones fusion, and THE BIGGEST LAUGH GUYS… drum roll please… $ 350 for a focus!!! A FOCUS!!! OMG… I BUSTED OUT LAUGHING
I looked at him, thanked him for his time and said I will go elsewhere!!! He acted arrogant as all heck and didn’t even care. I walked out and he didn’t say a word, not even bye…
I went here based off the radio ad I heard, now I understand WHY they need a radio ad! No one will pay their prices!!! They have no reviews either so no one goes here. In this economy people go where they value you as a customer and work with you where the car is priced correctly.
I can see why more people switch to foreign cars because the America’s running these American dealerships are rude!!! This isn’t my only BAD experience with ford!
I went to Nissan and GMAC… received great service, awesome pricing and should have my new cars by next week!
