As a new customer to the area — I was very pleased with the service I received on my Sonata. the team is very helpful and friendly.

Brought my husband’s Hyundai Sonata here for some recall work. Dropped it off in the morning and they called us 30 minutes before they closed to let us know that it was done and ready to be picked up. We couldn’t get there in time and because it was Friday and they are not open on the weekend we had to wait until Monday morning to pick up his car.

Without spending a lot of time going into the entire experience, I had such a horrible time negotiating a new car with «Big Tony» and the sales manager here that I went all the way to Cool Springs to have them bring in my GTI. I’m pretty sure they tried every cheesy high pressure sales technique out there, even trying to tell me that my trade in car had probably been wrecked, because the headlight screws had been turned (where I had changed out the bulbs), and the dash had a little gap on the pad. When I explained that I was a mechanic, and I knew this car hadn’t been wrecked, because I had been through it, the manager told me he really didn’t want to buy my car, because he just wanted to sell cars, not buy them. Not really what I would say to someone trying to buy and trade in a car. I could go into a lot more detail… I had all but decided to give up on buying a VW after leaving here, but my wife convinced me to try Hallmark in Cool Springs first. Well worth the drive (see my review for them).

Shopped for a new VW on line. Ryan was incredibly helpful, calling me promptly, making me aware of available incentives, and helping me to select the right model. Their price was exceptional, and posted right on the website. I wanted to lease from VW and they were able to get me exactly the car I wanted for the lease payment I wanted to pay. Outstanding experience and I love my new Hyundai.

I just purchased a great new Hyundai from Southeast Signature. As I imagine is the case with most Unilocalers, I am a seriously invested shopper, especially when it comes to purchasing large-​ticket items like a new vehicle. I spent months deciding what type of vehicle, the make, and the model. Finally I spent weeks price-​checking online and even got opinions from a couple of family members who are in the automobile wholesale business.
I lead with all of that to tell you that I didn’t come into Southeast on a whim. I liked what I saw online and figured they’d be a great stop in my quest for a new car. I didn’t figure I’d end up buying that same day, usually I am quite determined not to, preferring to let them stew a little while thinking I’d purchased elsewhere and then come back with a lower offer. However, Southeast came to me with an extremely reasonable price, a few thousand dollars less than I had expected to pay based upon the like-​new condition of the vehicle, the low mileage, and the options package. We haggled a little bit, just on principle, but I ended up buying an extended warranty and gap insurance and still paid less than I had expected to. I call that a win!
The staff all were extremely professional yet friendly, and knowledgeable yet accessible. At no time was I given the «hard sell» or pressured to make a decision that day. The salesmen who helped me, Chad and Josh, managed to answer all of my tedious questions and didn’t sound exasperated even once! I wasn’t rushed on my test-​drive and the service staff checked out some things I noticed on the test drive (the air pressure was low in the tires, alignment, etc) and rectified them quickly and free of charge.
In short, I couldn’t be happier with my new Hyundai. The value is incredible and I encourage anyone in the market for a new car to consider Hyundai.
