At BIO Fit we specialize in group fitness. We offer Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, and Zumba Kids®. We are also excited to start offering Yoga later this fall!
History
Established in 2014.
BIO Fit, LLC began with four women that met each other dancing in a Zumba class. Together we wanted to create the our vision of a group fitness studio. In March of 2014 we opened our doors and have begun to create a wonderful community of dancing, fitness and fun!
