We make all of our own fillings and pride ourselves on respecting the ingredients & the macaron.

Elizabeth P.
Business Owner
Elizabeth, a Bay Area native, graduated from Tante Marie’s Cooking School’s Professional Pastry Program in San Francisco, CA. After graduating from pastry school, Elizabeth joined a local bakery where she perfected the fundamentals of cake design. There, Elizabeth honed her craft experimenting with gumpaste flowers, wedding cake decoration, and baking other pastries. In June 2015, she started her own small business, Racarons, specializing in high-quality macarons.
Elizabeth is a proud San Jose State University Spartan. In 2012, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Social Science, emphasis in Asian American Studies, and a minor in U.S. History. She has also previously served two terms with AmeriCorps, working as an advocate for literacy in local Bay Area elementary schools.
