California Chocolate Fountains

I hosted a surprise 30^th birthday party for my wife this past weekend and my caterer recommended Stacey at California Chocolate Fountains. He said that she was the very best in the business and he was right! She did a beautiful chocolate station with all kinds of items to dip. The chocolate was some of the best I’ve ever had. My guests were raving about her chocolate and her set up. She was on time, extremely professional and definitely passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend her for any of your parties or events. I will definitely be using her again for future events. *****Five Stars All The Way!!*****

The first time I tried their chocolate was at a bridal fair in San Francisco. My girlfriends and I couldn’t resist going back to Stacey’s booth every 15 minutes to «try» another dipping item. I don’t usually like dark chocolate, but theirs is different, smooth and delicious! I regret not being able to stop by the table at our wedding since it was in the very back to say hi cause Stacey is just such a pleasure to work with. She’s very sweet and personable and we truly enjoyed working with her. We would recommend her and this company in a heartbeat and so would our guests. Every loved the chocolate and couldn’t get enough! So much that we even saw that some of our guests had some spilled on them by the end of the night! haha! If you love chocolate and you know your guests will too (who wouldn’t?!) book this company for your event! You’ll be very happy you did! Thank you Stacey! :)

Have you ever seen one? A chocolate fountain? Warm molten chocolate smoothly flowing over itself as it pours into a large tureen. It’s impressive just to look at — you can get hypnotized watching it flow! But to sample it… mmmm (I’m drooling just thinking about it).
Take a strawberry or banana or cream puff or marshmallow or piece of pound cake or dried fruit or rice krispy treat…
on the end of a skewer,
place it in the «wall» of flowing chocolate,
allow the excess to drip off,
place it in your mouth,
sink your teeth into the warm sweet bite,
then lick your lips for you’ll certainly have a drop left there…
SIMPLY DECADENT!
I’ve seen a lot of chocolate fountains at various events I’ve been to over the years but California Chocolate Fountains is one classy act I’ve not seen topped. There is always someone manning the fountain to make sure [your guests] don’t make a complete mess of it. The presentation is beautiful with perfectly skewered dipping items and beautiful tablecloths! And to top it all — the chocolate is amazing! It’s absolutely delicious chocolate! A lot of places water their chocolate down with a lot of oil so that it flows better — but CCF adds the absolute minimum to already very high quality chocolate. You can taste the richness of the chocolate in each bite! They have white, dark, bittersweet and milk (and maybe more). And they can accommodate all sorts of party sizes from small and intimate to gigantic events!
Stacey runs the entire Bay Area operation for CCF. She’s completely reliable and pays total attention to detail. Not only will she show up on time, she’ll probably be there early to make sure everything is set up properly. There are some hotels/​Bay Area locations who will ONLY use Stacey if the event-​thrower wants a chocolate fountain! And to top it all off — she’s incredibly sweet and friendly! Occasionally she has helpers work events (since she’s in such high demand) but they are all incredibly professional and friendly as well — I’ve met a couple of them!
A chocolate fountain at your corporate event, wedding, birthday party, shower, bar mitvah, christmas party — whatever the celebration — will have your guests talking for months! My parents’ friends still talk about the one at the party I threw for them and it was months ago! I wish I had more events to throw just so I can eat more of that delicious chocolate!
