Today I went to see bed frames and mattresses at Mancini’s.
They had various models with competitive price.

Rolland was very helpful, added quite a discount on our purchases plus a free of charge bed sheets!
We enjoyed our shopping there and will definitely recommend buying bed related products there.

Stopped by Mancini’s in Mountain View on Sunday January 17 to help mom look for a new bed. We were greeted immediately by Alan. I explained to him that my mom was having some back and hip pains and we may need to look into a memory foam mattress. Alan was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different beds, different firmness and brands available. He told my mom to lay on her side to make sure that felt comfortable and we even tried different pillows. My mom tried the iComfort bed, but the Tempurpedic felt nicer. She did like the iComfort pillow though, so Alan said he would give it to her. The Tempurpedic firm mattress seemed like a favorite of most of the customers that day because it was occupied a lot. Once my mom got to try it again just be sure it was the right mattress, Alan brought over another pillow to sample. This other pillow was much more comfortable and probably more expensive, but Alan gave it to her with the sale. Mancini is family owned and they stand by their product. They have a 120 guarantee where they want you to love your mattress or they’ll provide a one time refund or exchange, where you have to keep the mattress at least 30 days. Spending this type of money on a mattress is a huge investment, but also knowing that for whatever reason it isn’t the right one, I know that I can return or exchange it gives my mom peace of mind. Also I forgot to check in on Unilocal for the free sheets and they let me do it the next day. I’m excited for my mom to try this new bed and the service we received from Alan was top notch. I just moved to CA and needed an inexpensive, yet comfortable bed. The layout of this place makes it easy to navigate. Beds are arranged by price-​range and comfort levels. I opted to go for a middle-​of-​the-​road mattress, so both my boyfriend and myself would be satisfied.
Roland was awesome! He told us about all of our options and let us know about the comfort guarantee, in which you can exchange your bed for another if you realize you would be more comfortable on a different mattress/​firmness. I had never heard of such a program! We spend about a third of our lives in bed, so this option is a great fail-​safe. I was also surprised at the prices. I went in expecting to spend more, but hoping I wouldn’t have to. I would definitely recommend Mancini’s in Mountain View.

I came in looking for a mattress for my parents and Markus helped me pick the perfect one for them. I explained to Markus what I was looking for and he showed me a few option and explained the difference on the mattresses to me. Markus was very friendly and he also gave me a great deal on the mattress I picked. The whole process was very easy and fast. I will not hesitate to go back and get another mattress from Markus.

I was very surprised by how awesome my experience was. Most people dread coming to a mattress store, since they expect to be shark-​attacked by a pushy salesman. I admit, I was one of those people this morning, as I’ve already «experienced» a mattress store sale back in 2008.
This store was completely different:
1. Our salesman, Anthony, was the nicest the guy ever. Aside from that, he actually listens to what you want and doesn’t try to push you what you don’t want.
2. I showed them what TempurPedic was offering me online, and they gave me a better deal. The mattress price was the same as the price on the TempurPedic website, but the perks were much better i.e. the free stuff that I got was better and more than the free stuff offered on the TempurPedic website.
3. Free same day delivery and free returns or exchanges for 120 days. So if I find this mattress to be too soft or too firm, they will come pick it up while dropping off the new one.
4. The said the delivery people will call me from 2:30 to 4:00, and they did!
5. They said that the delivery will happen from 4:30 to 6:30, and it did!
6. Even the delivery people were polite, courteous, and very fast.
This experience changed my perception about mattress stores. I would definitely by from them again, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

We purchased a new mattress this year and had great service from Anthony Cooper here. My husband and I went shopping one weekend on a whim and had Anthony show us around the showroom and explain the differences in springs and how the mattresses were put together. As we laid on the mattresses to try them out, he didn’t hover over us asking questions but let us take our time which was a welcome change from other places we’d been before. When we showed up about 1 month later to buy a mattress, Anthony recognized us and even remembered a few of our favorites. We walked out very satisfied with our purchase and a few months later still love the mattress and the service and extras we received at this location.

My mother recently relocated here from the east coast. To get her settled in we needed a new bed for her apartment. I guided her to a twin-​sized mattress thinking that would be a good fit. As it turned out it was just too small for her and for some reason it also bothered her allergies. Our sales representative Chris Berry, was extremely understanding and helpful. Not only did they come through on the return policy but they went the extra mile and delivered the new bedding as quickly as possible.

I called Sleep Train on Aug 28, I needed a plastic bag for my daughter’s mattress. We bought 5 mattresses there. They weren’t able to help me, so I said I said I guess I will have to go elsewhere. I’m disappointed, so I guess I will go elsewhere.
I called Mancini’s and spoke to Chris, the manager. He is very friendly, professional and provided me with a bag for the mattress. I’m due for another mattress and will purchase my next mattress from Chris at Mancini’s Sleep World. Chris is the best! Thank you!

I promised to make a review of our buying experience to our salesperson, but haven’t got a chance to do so until now, so my apologies.
Our salesperson Anthony was very friendly, easy and pleasant to work with. No sales pressure involved and he let us make our decisions at our own pace. We’re the kind of customers that tend to be very meticulous about our purchases and make sure that we compare and contrast other brands and offerings before coming to a comfortable decision.
We were looking for 2 mattresses on our initial visit. One twin size pillow top for my daughter and another for my wife and I. We ended up buying a nice Euro-​top Serta as well as a queen sized Tempurpedic. We got a great bargain on the Euro as it was on sale well below our budget. Of course the Tempurpedics never go on sale but we already knew that before we got there. Anthony helped us apply for financing and that was a breeze as well. He also mentioned about the 120 comfort guarantee as we were contemplating whether or not to get a king size mattress instead. The guarantee gave us the option to return the mattress and exchange for a larger size if we decided to do so. Basically you’re not stuck with your purchase, but have some leeway in case you do want to upgrade. Little more on this later…
Our experience at this store made it something for our family to remember because Anthony was very friendly to us and kept smiling and keeping us comfortable the entire time. He was very honest and just down to earth without any of that pushy «hidden-​agenda» attitude. He made sure that we were satisfied with our decisions before we were to leave the store. He did a great job and for sure consider us a returning customers again in the future.
Going back to the 120 day comfort guarantee, this surely gives you peace of mind as a consumer in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase.
We’ll give our Tempurpedic a good try and see if it’s the right bed for us. If it’s not for us, then definitely we’ll return it within the 120 day guarantee.

Bought a mattress here last week. Chris matched the quote we got. Delivery was a breeze. We have 2 or 3 months to try out the mattress and we can exchange for free delivery if we dont like it. Its about as risk free as it gets. Chris was really great. Would recommend folks come here for their mattress. Only downside I saw is that this particular store has less of the entry level memory foams — the ones we saw started at $ 2K+. But the other Mancini stores have the cheaper ones so if thats what you’re looking for, just check out another Mancini.

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Chris the manager was helpful, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. My fiancé and I were both unsure of what we needed and felt even more unsure surrounded by so many options. Fortunately Chris asked all the right questions and made the whole process very easy, without any pressure. We will definetly be back for any future needs, and I have been recommending them to all my family, friends, and clients.

We visited the Mancini Sleepworld store in Mountain View on a Saturday. Anthony and Chris (Manager) were extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave us a lot of information about different types of mattresses and brands. After many hours of sitting and lying on various mattresses, we found 1 King (Airloom), 1 Queen (Serta Gel) and 1 Full (Serta Gel) mattresses that we really liked.
However, we wanted to visit two other stores before we made a decision. Anthony and Chris didn’t pressure us to buy the three mattresses we picked that day. They asked us to go to other two stores we wanted to visit and come back the next day.
After seeing other options, we decided to go back to Mancini and ended buying headboards and frames in addition to the 3 mattresses we liked. We got a competitive price for all of them. We highly recommend this store and would go back again if we needed a new mattress.

Go see Chris Berry! He is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I was confidently able to make my purchase with the information he provided. I hate the typical sales pitch and that’s what i was able to avoid here, there was no pressure and I felt comfortable while making my choice. I spent a couple hours at Mancini’s picking out a mattress. It’s tough because there were many choices. Chris gave me good advice on what fit my posture as I lay down. Honestly, it was probably the best customer service I’ve had at a retail outlet.
After 60 days, I exchanged the mattress for a softer one (major benefit of Mancini’s). Was worried it would be difficult, but the exchange was smooth. Really smooth. Almost no questions, and they were super-​supportive.
Literally this is the best experience I’ve had with a major purchase.

This is actually the second mattress purchase I’ve been a part of at a Mancini’s. I was with my sister a few years ago when she shopped around and decided to buy from their Sunnyvale location. I was really impressed with the experience both times and would recommend them to others!

I have written on-​line reviews for businesses maybe fewer than five times in my life, but I created a Unilocal profile JUST so I could give Mancini’s Sleepworld five stars! I have been meaning to do this for a while because I bought my mattress over 2 months ago but I wanted to make sure I loved the mattress so I gave it some time.
My boyfriend and I moved to the area and we were looking for a queen sized mattress. We were originally on a budget and were embarking on a massive price-​comparison spree. Mancini’s was the first place we stopped because it was closest on the map, and we never bothered to look elsewhere. Brian Mancini, our sales person (who I believe was just filling in at this store), was warm and helpful. So polite and so friendly! I was afraid I was going to be approached but some sleazy used car salesperson type, but that was definitely not the case! He explained everything we could possibly want to know about mattresses — I learned a lot! He showed us lots of different models, offered us loads of pros and cons, and generally was so informative and fair, we never felt pressured.
Little details were also nice; this is one of the original stores and they are very community-​minded. They are also only located in Northern California and are still family owned and operated. He explained why mattresses were priced a certain way and why different stores might offer cheaper or more expensive prices for different items. After about two hours in the store we had decided on a beautiful Sterns & Foster. I have had it for almost 3 months now and everyday I wake up with a smile on my face! Been meaning to do a Unilocal for a while I just haven’t had the time.
I love that they also call you the evening before (a REAL live person too) and give you a two hour window for delivery. The drivers were friendly and made sure to clean their shoes before entering my house. They even let me exchange my box spring because I wanted my mattress to sit lower at no additional cost. Chris, who I believe was the manager, set this all up for me and was SUPER friendly on the phone.
Nice to see that quality customer service still exists. Say yes to Mancini’s. I will be referring my friends here.

An excellent service, super helpful staff. Great satisfaction policy of 120 days. We actually ended up switching the mattress that we initially bought to a firmer one and Chris was super helpful with the entire process.
Today our firmer mattress got delivered and I’m so happy with it.
This is not a first time we shopped with them and will definitely keep coming back.

Came in Nov 2014 in the evening and Chris and Markus helped me out a lot with my decision making. First time buying a mattress and it was quick and painless.
They were very knowledgeable and guided me to my price range and mattress styles immediately. The price for comfort was pretty decent and the quality of the mattress was pretty nice.
I wanted to wait a while before I posted a review just in case there was something wrong with the mattress but everything is perfect and i’m sleeping very well.
100% would recommend to everyone just to check them out if you’re looking for a new mattress.
