It’s hard not to like In N Out and their speedy service. They have their assembly line down and considering it’s made to order you can’t complain about waiting for your«fast» food. Drive thru late at night thank goodness. Open late too thank you again. This is right off the freeway and easy to get right back on the freeway but beware the short merge lane! Off the 101 freeway and Rengstorff exit.

This is always my first stop when I visit Mountain View! Love the fact that it is right off of the freeway and right next to Costco!

Goddamnit. Found a curly hair in my animal style fries. Why, in-n-out, why??? Why must you do this to me?

Whenever I set out on a road trip I try to seek out an In n Out off 101. It just sets the rest right tone for my trip. I only became aware of In n Out a couple years ago. That Melty cheese, fresh beef Patty, and crisp bun all come together so nicely in a. Once in awhile, becoming more frequent, and stronger… craving. The simplicity of their menu, those stylish hats they wear, how the place is always packed but the line moves quickly enough so u only drool the perfect amount while waiting for your food. Perfection. I wish knuckleheads like McDonald’s would take note. It’s not in the frozen chemical patties, nugget salad wraps or WiFi, folks. Just keep it simple and Do It Right. I just became aware of IN and Outs secret menu. I can’t wait to get all Animal Style… :-O

Came by for a late night snack with a coworker the other night and it was a decent experience! Parking was plentiful in the private lot and all employees were friendly, wearing uniforms & name tags! Most of the kitchen staff were wearing gloves too! The order took slightly longer to come out. The cheeseburger protein style was delicious! Fresh and cooked to order! The fries were also decent too! Be sure to ask a staff for help if you need your table cleaned! $ 5 for a light evening snack!

Drive thru line is always longer than usual, which means 15 – 20 min plus. They have gotten my order wrong 3+ times. Take it or leave it. –TS

This is your typical In-N-Out, but these guys are fast. Its standard corporate practice to have a timer in the drive-thru window but man these guys always deliver! Also central location to MV folks and just a block away from hopping onto the freeway in case you need to grab some and go.

Tricky location as you can easily overshoot to the 101 highway if you are not careful or the GPS was slow to say«turn left» at the intersection. In front of Costco. Adequate parking around. Food? Been to one you’ve been to all. Beef patty? Seemed to be getting thinner these days, the slice of onion I got was thicker.

It’s in-N-out. Simple and easy fast food. Unlike other locations this one has pretty fast service and not a crazy parking lot. I always park at Costco and just walk over because I believe in-n-out causes people to drive worse and forget to pay attention. Must be a burger coma or something. Since this location is also a road remove from a main avenue or roadway the traffic does not hang out in the middle of the road… Like every el camino location.

I’ve been to many burger places eaten patties big and small with pickles, ketchup, sides of fries and In-N-Out beats them all!

I’ve been here quite a number of times. I used to go to this one to hit the drive through before heading home. They always got the order perfect… one in an eating in the car, and the other in a bag. Service was always friendly. Food was always perfectly cooked. Now we usually go here for after concerts. I dinged it one star because this is a very slow In & Out. I don’t know why but it is slower than any others I’ve been to. And we were there on the 14th around midnight and they had the AC on Polar Style. It was so cold inside that even I was shivering and had to find a sweater.(and I’m always overheated) They do have outdoor seating. And the staff are always so kind and helpful.

When you’re cruising around Mountain View looking for a place to eat at midnight, you bet everyone else had the same idea to come to this In-N-Out. No matter what location, I find that they’re always busy. I was order number #70 and they were calling orders in the 30s… They move quick though, so it was only about a 10 min wait. I ordered a hamburger and a strawberry milkshake. I’m not sure what it was, but I tasted better hamburgers from another location. Their milkshake was good. A friend ordered their animal fries and said they were soggy. We concluded that the«special sauce»(which it was drenched in), made it that way. Nonetheless if you’re looking to eat late and for cheap, this place is pretty good. You can’t have too high of standards when you’re looking for food at midnight.

Always impressed with the speed that In n Out can make so many delicious meals. Staff is always friendly, polite and efficient. I love making a stop when there is one around. This location was no different. Fast, fresh and delicious. The immediate parking lot is somewhat small but there are plenty of spots just across the street in the mall.

This might be my least favorite In-N-Out location of them all. Always just get plain cheeseburgers and on my last half dozen visits here, the patties are just ridiculously small. Thought this was at all locations, but then had a killer burger at a location in Vegas, so that’s obviously not the case. Perhaps rent is too expensive? Regardless, I don’t want excuses. I just want a fat and juicy burger. And, no, I do not want a 2×2, 3×3 or 4×4. Just a simple and solid cheeseburger. Doesn’t matter if taking out or dining in either; the meat has been weak in both instances. Surely I’ll be back, since it’s open late and within close proximity, but it’s harder and harder to get on the line in my car knowing what awaits me. Diet cheeseburgers! Yay!

I love in n out. This location is my favorite as it is so close to me and I also visit the shopping center across the street very frequently. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up order. The burgers are great, some good fries and shakes too. Check out the secret menu of you feel like switching things up a little.(animal fries, lettuce wrapped burger, Neopolitan shake, root beer float, and more.) I think it is great when they have an employee outside taking orders while you are in line at the drive through. I think they take the orders a bit faster that way vs having to wait for the cars to move up the line.

In-N-Out is one of my favorite places to get a fast food burger. I typically get a double double if I’m super hungry or a cheeseburger with bun extra toasted and grilled onions, and fries well done. Milkshakes are really thick at In-N-Out, so I don’t usually get them because I can’t drink it out of the straw until it melts a bit. I’ve come to this location at various times and it’s always busy-try not to come at noon because you’ll be waiting 20+ mins for your meal. Definitely worth a try if you are visiting California: D

Fast food burgers. Pretty good. Better than McD and Burger King, but not better than Five Guys or your local burger joint. Came here because of all the hype: «the best burgers», «only in California» and whatnot. I was disappointed. These are decent quality burgers, much better than your average fast food chain, but they really are — just fast food burgers. The fries are decent, but I actually think McD fries are better. The good parts: it’s cheap, crazy cheap — but I guess that comes with the fast food chain territory. The 7up I got from the fountain drink machine tasted like chlorine, so I threw it out and got a Coke instead, which just tasted a bit less of chlorine. I don’t think that that was In-N-Out Burger’s fault but more likely because of the California drought. Still it was a bit annoying. I liked it, good price, but next time I’m gonna grab a slighty more expensive burger from a local joint.

I never thought there would be a day I would visit In N Out and be disappointed. My grilled cheese and strawberry milk shake were delicious, the well done fries were beyond well done and way too crispy for the standard well done. Sad face.

This In N Out gets pretty busy during the weekday. I would advise not bringing a large party unless you don’t mind possibly sitting apart from each other. The parking lot also sucks and is way too small. The drive through line cuts off a good portion of the parking spaces. Otherwise the food is pretty on par with other In N Out restaurants.

Okay I have to admit, In-N-Out has been growing on me over the past few months. As a non-Beef eater, I have generally been plagued by animosity for this chain due to their lack of all chicken options, but have inexplicably been having cravings recently for the animal-style grilled cheese sandwich + fries + neapolitan milkshake(strawberry, vanilla, chocolate). My tips: Get them to add peppers to the grilled cheese, and get some animal-style sauce on the side for the fries. That way you can have the sauce on your own terms and still keep the fries crispy.

Schnell, lecker und preiswert — immer wieder gerne! Diesmal haben wir den Drive Through genutzt, daher kann ich über das Restaurant selbst nichts sagen. Beim Drive Through wird etwas oft wiederholt, was man genau bestellt hat.

Bravo !
