Reliable and courteous BMW repair service. I was most impressed by them not trying to sell or tell me what to do. My car had two items worth watching, but didn’t feel pressured or put on the spot to agree. In one example they asked me to check my records, because it’s possible the service wouldn’t be needed any time soon. Dick at the counter is friendly and very informative.

My boyfriend and I were stranded in Mt. Pleasant after his harmonic balancer went out in his Mini Cooper. Exclusively Bimmers took us in at the very last minute and fixed our car the very next morning. We were on the road by 12 the next day. It was one of the best repair shops we have ever been to. If we lived here we would be taking our Mini there regularly. Dick helped us out immensely and was an absolute delight to work with. Thank you to everyone who helped us that day!

I own a 1988 325i convertible (E30) and exclusive has always been helpful over the years for things. I have a mechanic that I’ve been going to for a very long time so this isn’t my regular spot (nothing against exclusive, I’ve just had the other relationship longer). I’ve come in to exclusive numerous times to have a very BMW specific thing fixed or find a part that I’m having trouble with and they’ve always been more than helpful. If things ever change with my other mechanic, I’ll likely become exclusive with Exclusively Bimmers.

I have lived here in Mt P for the past 2 years and I have to say these guys have been nothing but outstanding and professional. They do not try to run up your price. I would recommend them to anyone. The service manage Mark is very helpful and friendly and so are many others behind the counter.

These guys are the best in town, better than the dealer in many respects. They are not the cheapest place to go for routine maintenance, but if you have a real problem with your BMW, this is the place to take it. They know the cars inside and out, and have seen all the common issues compared to a regular shop. If your car is throwing a code or not running right, they don’t jump to conclusions and replace every part. They diagnose the problem and only replace parts when necessary.
All of this doesn’t come cheap — they are the most expensive independent shop in town — but things are done right the first time and you can trust you are not going to get ripped off.
