Regency Inn & Suites

Ok, so this isn’t the best place but it works. We stayed two nights Friday-​Sunday and it was decent, the room was relatively clean and the price was a decent. We didnt deal with the staff much, just know they take a $ 50 deposit that is refunded or at least it better be, since they said it would be. The only issue I had with the room was the shower curtain hooks and tub plug had mold on them and thats pretty gross but it’s not life or death. Also if you plan to come back to this place late in the evening please be advised you may have to park on the side of the hotel where there arent actual sparking spots just space that people have to park because there arent enough spaces. I had to go out about 1am to move my car when someone left to take their space. But really it’s decent for what it is its not a marriot or hilton so hey,

boyfriend is in a wheelchair and we needed more towels for his bath. the blankets had holes, it was a bug in tub, bed was
carpet.only good thing they had my sports channel. they have the nerves to want a $ 50 cash deposit even while using a credit card! if you just have to sleep for the name and your car is not an option then stay here!

The room wasn’t bad, it was the rest of the service that sucked. Their idea of continental breakfast is a joke. Cheap packaged pastries and gross coffee. Nasty! We were on a military move and stayed here for 10 days while house hunting. We had our cat with us and they claim to b a pet friendly hotel, however unless we were in our room when the housekeeper came they refused to service our room. Since we were out house shopping that wasn’t going to happen so we had to go to the laundry mat to wash our own towels. Our tub didn’t have a plug in it, we let the owner know the first day that we would need one so that we could bathe our baby. It took days for him to get us one, then it didn’t even fit. Very dissatisfied with the place. If we hadn’t paid up front for the stay we wouod have went down the street and spent a couple extra bucks for a nicer hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed the night on our way back from Palm Springs. The service was great and the room was decent. The owner was very nice and friendly and very hospitable. I would recommend this place.

It’s my second time staying here. The customer service is great from the front desk to house keeping. Very affordable with clean rooms with options of smoking or non smoking and near the mall and great restaurants. The only draw back was my bf noticed some hookers hanging out by some rooms on the first floor.

Decent for the price. However, immensely slow internet!

The Regency Inn in Riverside, California is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful area. They offered complimentary breakfast in the morning, comfortable rooms, and had high-​speed internet. The hotel was conveniently located near Lake Perris and Onterio International Airport. I enjoyed my stay and would definitley reccommend this hotel to any traveler.
