Hall’s Radiator

Unfortunately I live 90 miles away from Hall’s Luckily I know Greg from a common hobby, and when I need ANY information on ANY problem with my vehicles he takes the time to answer my questions and give me HELPFUL advice. Recently I was forced to take one of my cars to a local place (couldn’t get out to Moreno Valley with it). After receiving the estimate from the place I took it to I contacted Greg to check if I was getting everything done that should be done. He did the leg work on his own time, to let me know I DIDN’T get the best deal where I ended up. Of course he knew HE could do it cheaper, but what he did next was what makes him a truly great caring mechanic, and human in general. He found a place close to ME that could have done the job for about the same price as Hall’s. Unfortunately by that time the other place had already dug into the job.
From now on, I will take the bigger jobs I have with my cars all the way out to Halls. Even if I had to get the vehicles job he priced out for me towed from Simi Valley California, To Moreno Valley I would have saved money, and no doubt gotten quality workmanship.
Of course there is absolutely no question what so ever that the quality of their work speaks for itself, as I first heard of his work 20 years ago, I just never had cars that weren’t covered under warranty elsewhere till now.
I would highly recommend you AT LEAST call Halls for a second opinion BEFORE giving the OK for another shop to do your job, if you make the mistake of not taking your car there in the first place. Personally I will never make that mistake again.
