Motel 7

This is the dirtiest motel I’ve been to in my whole entire life. Staff here at rude. They really yell at you if you don’t act the way they want you to. The walls, floors, bathroom are filthy. There’s no wifi or cable. Forget about privacy. I will never come back here again.

As I walked into the office to get a room an angry family stormed out. I took my chances and asked the man behind the window if he had any open rooms. He took a long look at my mom, who has tremors, and said no. I asked if he was sure and he stayed silent while trying not to make eye contact with me. I had a very hard time getting him to say anything. After mumbling gibberish about things such as the pool that didn’t make any sense at all, he finally settled on telling me he didn’t have any disabled rooms, he only had rooms on the second floor. I told him my mom could handle stairs but he stood his ground. If it wasn’t for the glass window between him and potential customers I’m sure he would constantly have a broken nose. Don’t waste your time here.

Can Unilocal allow negative 3 stars? That’s what this place deserves. I had to be in Moreno V on business real early, so instead of braving the 91 traffic in the AM I decided to brave the Motel 7 in the PM. The bathroom, linens and towel were filthy beyond belief. Especially the towel looked as if it was not washed since the last guest left. I had to buy a hand towel from Target just to get by in the morning. Can it get any worse? Yes, the AC unit blew warm humid air into the room, even though the Thermostat was set at 60. Moreno V in July with no AC, is my version of hell. Don’t come here ever!

What a sh## hole! I had a friend come in from out of town and he insisted on staying in a nearby motel. I guess he wanted to unleash his «power animal.» He generally goes for cheap, well this place does fit that bill. But it was also soooo much more — It was dirty, gross, the a/​c barely worked and it clearly was the type of «motel» that would rent by the hour. The guy at the front desk (the owner maybe) was also a real ass. Next time my friend’s visiting he needs to cough up the $ 5 or $ 10 extra and splurge for the Motel 6 instead. This place was just NASTY!

What a mistake and I’ll never stay here again!
