Truly appreciate the help provided by Chris during our visit at oreilly auto parts. Came in due to a dead battery and made the whole process easier to deal with. Will definitely continue to come here for my auto part needs.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my battery. They tested the battery, researched the correct battery for my car and then installed the battery for no extra charge. Check these guys out first for your auto parts needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I had great service here, this is actually the 2^nd time i bought and replaced my car battery, i dont have any tools so these guys would do it for you if you ask for it, one of the guys name Carlos was very polite and helpful, while he took care of my order, i also asked him about my car alarm remote was getting low so he helped me out replacing the battery too. He went out his way and took out his tools and helped me open it, i was having trouble opening it but i gave him permission to do it for me since i’ve never done it before.
first of all, i actually asked Autozone if they could check out my car alarm remote but one of the guys was being lazy and told me that i had to do it myself, of course i can do it myself if i have the right tools right then and there.
anyway, i’d take O’Reilly’s services over autozone cause not only Carlos but these guys would actually go an extra mile for you. i know he will go farther in life, also be sure to sign up their rewards, their coupons makes up for it.

This is a convenient place near my house to come for auto parts. I do not know too much about cars so my friend’s son just lets me know what parts I need. Lately, Andres has been helping me and I find him to be polite, respectful, and efficient. I can spot food work ethic a mile away and this young man will go far in life. He is always hardworking and does not seem to engage in all the disrespectful talk about women that another employee was engaging in with some friend/​customers.
When I walked in to pick up a part I had special ordered, Andres was busy stocking supplies and he quickly greeted me and assisted me in my pick up and purchase. The other staff glanced and carried on talking about some lady. I am glad Andres was there to help me or I would have just walked out and gone somewhere else.
I purchased my lifetime brake pads here so I tend to come here for parts over autozone. The prices are reasonable and they usually get me in and out quickly.
