This is the worst customer services ever they dont even know the quote price for year model car i ask to be done most place quote $ 1400 rebuilt n labor in orange county and then chino hill quote $ 1700 rebuilt n labor 1year warranty… i live in moreno valley which this place close by my house that girl michelle customer service is the worst quote ever blah blah blah $ 1500-​$ 3500 what a beech a crook once they done they will charge you more than those places this is a very bad business be aware ppls. Dont be a fool by a female voice customer service with no experiance about the quote price. On this Unilocal page rate is fake 5star im pretty sure that its her friend peoples she know that rated her. If you pay over $ 1700 is a ripped off parts rebuilt parts is only cost $ 350 do your math people google those rebuild parts see for yourself the labor into cost $ 1350 ridiculous when mechanic get pay $ 60hr which close to 23hrs on replace parts on transmission is ridiculous although $ 1700 is a fair price.

Don’t take your car here unless you have money to burn! Paid almost $ 2,000 to have a clutch replaced and transmission work done on my son’s car in May 2015. The clutch went out again in less than 10 months, took it back because there was a warranty; surprise, surprise according to them it’s not a problem with the clutch! Really? Then why the fuck did the clutch go out? If I want to pay another $ 1,400 in parts they can fix the damned car — again! Obviously their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place sucks big time!!!

This is a great place to bring your car! My transmission overheated when I was towing a small trailer. The tow truck dropped my van off at My Tran E.
The next morning I called in and spoke with Michelle, who was very friendly and helpful. Once they got my keys they quickly found that nothing was really wrong, just that it had overheated. They recommended a simple drain and refill since the fluid smelled burned. They applied the original diagnostic charge to my total bill so it ended up cheaper than I thought.
They fit me in and got the work done in short order. I felt like they were honest, not trying to rip me off and they did it in a friendly manner in a reasonable timeframe.

Good experience. Was very pleased. Michelle was very helpful and did not try to steer me in to expensive «fixes» like the dealer. Spoke with the owner for about 15 minutes about my car and what was going on with it. He appears to be very knowledgeable. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I have only been there once for one thing. Will update with more experience. I will definitely go back.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Put my car back together wrong all my splash gaurds got ripped off one of the screws from my spash gaurd went through my tire and poped my car and I was all the way out in LA. An hour drive with a spare on the front end. On top of that they said they would fix my tire so I gave it to them at 11am and the shop closes at 6:00 so I gave them 8 hours to replace ONE tire an on top of that! They didn’t even get me my tire back that day and we’re closed the next two days after so that’s 4 fucking days I had to go with a spare on the front of my car you know how fucking dangerous that is??? I could have replaced it my self with in an hour of me showing it to them. Fucking bullshit ass company id never do business there again. Over charge the fuck out of you for nothing.

They have done 2 of out transmission and are done a 3^rd for us now. Customers service has been great.
