Specialties
We are a summer lodge and restaurant group on Jackson Lake in Grand Teton National Park, WY. All of our restaurants have a focus on natural, sustainable items/ingredients.
The Trapper Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual fast-paced environment. We serve American fare and have several Mexican-influenced items on our menu. During the summer, great views of the Teton range are to be had on our deck (weather permitting).
The Deadman’s Bar serves the Trapper Grill menu and is open for lunch and dinner (with drink service until 12 midnight). Stop by for our famous Blackberry Margaritas and the Signal Mountain of Nachos!
Peaks Restaurant is open for dinner and serves fine dining food in a casual environment. Amazing views are to be had while dining on our +95% sustainable menu.
Leeks Pizzeria is located on Jackson Lake 10 miles north of our main location. Hand made from natural ingredients, our pizza is known as ‘the best in the valley’.
History
Established in 1932.
Signal Mountain Lodge was founded as a hunting/fishing camp on the shores of Jackson Lake in Jackson Hole in 1932. Signal has grown over the years and now encompasses 82 lodging units, two campgrounds, two marinas, boat rentals, guided fishing/sailing/float trips, a convenience store/gas station, and four distinct restaurants. One of our marinas, our pizzeria and one campground are located several miles to the north on Jackson Lake.
Since 1984, Signal Mountain Lodge has been run by Forever Resorts through a concession with the National Park Service. Our restaurants have built up a strong local following over the years and have become renowned for our famous homemade blackberry pie, margaritas and the Signal Mountain of Nachos.
Our environmental initiatives also have history. Dating back to the early 1990’s, an employee at the lodge started one of the first recycling programs in Jackson Hole and now our menus & operations have evolved into the greenest in the National Parks.
