I cannot sing enough praises for Dr Keller and his incredible staff.
I was scheduled to see another provider when someone suggested that I see Dr. Keller.
Hands down the best care I have received on the West Coast. He is well versed, well spoken, patient, and provides incredible results! I am able to attain the level of fitness I was aiming for after the relief of my vericose vein treatment.
Also, his staff is so enjoyable I forget that I am there for healthcare and feel at home.
Highly recommend! Glad I made the switch over here.

Dr Keller and his staff are both professional and courteous they work with you to attain the look you want. He explains every procedure in which you can understand.

Dr Keller is amazing! Ok… actually more then that! He has current knowledge in many areas of health care, not just cosmetic. Dr Keller is kind and caring, always interested in my concerns. His staff top notch… Susanne, Lyndsay and Maryann. The location is quite central to the Monterey Peninsula and parking is also easy. The best!

I had very bad experience at Dr Keller office. Twice I waited more than half an hour, but when I was late they cancelled my apointment with charging the whole price of my procedure which conflicted with what they signed at Agreement.
Office manager Susanne was very rude with me when I tried to explain that I feel it as wrong. Finally she reimburse me my payment furiously.
6 months after I made an appointment for my Botox and they accepted me as a client. One day before my visit they called me to confirm my appointment, but then cancelled it. Susanne called me and talked very mean.
I am very disappointed with the way Dr Keller treats his patients here at beautiful area.

So far, so good. Dr. Keller has such a wonderful way of educating his prospective clients. Great sense of humor. Does not even remotely talk down to you. Totally put me at ease. I look forward to the next step in treatment.

Dr. Keller is a terrific doc and a compassionate person. Love the fact that his office is a «no cut zone»! He does wonders without surgery and keeps us looking refreshed and beautiful at the same time. Check out the variety of procedures on his website for all the details, especially the IPL. Susanne does the best facial in town. It’s called HydraFacial and she gets rid of all gunk and impurities in about an hour. As you can see, I highly recommend this office right down to the superb staff!

always consistently conservative… even though I ask for more Botox… he only gives me what he feels I need. I’m a big fan and have recommended him to everyone who asks what I did to look so much better!
Update…I keep going back… this Dr. Keller is excellent. My friends have made appointments too (after seeing my continued youthful progress! It was really my lucky day when I started going to Dr. Keller!

Dr. Keller is an expert in cosmetic medicine. Smart Lipo is a great way to get rid of those areas that diet and exercise won’t help. With very little down time, pain and affordable prices. I recommend this to anyone who wants to look better and feel more confident.

I bought a Living Social deal for laser hair removal treatment. It’s hard for me to rate this because the eventual treatment was very good, but the journey to get there was extremely difficult and time consuming. The voucher said «Dr. Robert Keller,» whom I checked out before I purchased the deal for a new office in Los Gatos. When I called to make the appointment, I was given a San Jose address. When I showed up for my appointment, there was no «Keller» anywhere. It was the office of Dr. Kambiz Zand, a gynecologist! I was told that the Los Gatos office would be open in the next couple of weeks. I arrived for my first appointment in Los Gatos only to be told that the laser wasn’t working. I never received a phone call in advance telling me I wouldn’t get my treatment. (There wasn’t any signage on the door. There was nothing in the office except for a couple of chairs.) I was told I would have to call a number in Monterey to reschedule as they didn’t have the appointment book there at the office. I called and spoke to someone who assured me I would get a phone call back within the next day or two. Weeks later I still hadn’t bee contacted and called back. I booked my appointment. When I showed up the office, it was locked. I called the San Jose number only to be told I had to call Monterey. Finally I got in to see Dr. Zand, who performed the procedure. I was left in a room for about 20 minutes with nothing – no magazines, no nothing – just a stark room. When I got into see the doctor, he was very nice, but didn’t strike me as having much experience at what he was doing.
Next appointment, no one was at the office again. This time I called the Monterey office directly and no one was there either. I left a message. I did not get my phone call returned. I had to call one or two times more to get a new appointment.
I showed up a third time to find a note on the door saying the laser was broken. Once again I got no phone call in advance. This time, Suzanne Keller was actually in the office. I complained that this was the third time I showed up for an appointment and would get no treatment and never once had anyone called me in advance to tell me there was a problem. She offered me treatment quickly if I would drive to Monterey. She also offered me a series of 6 IPL treatments to make up for the inconvenience. I took her up on her offer.
I drove to Monterey the next week. Dr. Keller himself performed the treatment and he was great. It was weird though because only three of us were in the office at 10 a.m. on a weekday. Both Dr. Keller and his wife Suzanne were very apologetic for all of the inconvenience. Dr. Keller is clearly very professional and experienced at what he does. When my appointment was over, Suzanne was not able to make my next appointment as the «computer went down.» I called back twice and left messages to make my next appointment. But I never heard from them again.

I bought a treatment via a Living Social offering — thought it would be a great way to see if the particular treatment would be something I would like or not. My voucher got to the expiration point — just too much going on to deal with using it, but gave Dr. Keller’s office a call to see what my options would be. Spoke with Suzanne who was super about it — so pleasant and willing to honor the voucher and work with my schedule! I am so thankful because meeting Suzanne, Kim and Dr. Keller has been awesome! They make me feel very welcome, comfortable, and are very attentive.
Even when everyone is busy and not able to greet you right away, Katie is there to greet you and extend a warm welcome! I look forward to exploring other treatments with Dr. Keller’s office in the future.

Note on the price selection — really between moderate and pricey — not out of line for the type of services offered — would have selected «reasonable» had that been an option.

Dr. Keller and his staff are fantastic. I give them 5 stars all the way. They are extremely knowledgeable, very affordable, and really nice. I was really nervous going in for my initial appointment. I’d never had botox before and had about a million questions about it. They made me feel comfortable right away and spent so much time with me. I walked out of there feeling great about my first treatment, and I love how much softer my face looks. Now, I recommend Dr. Keller to all of my friends.

Terrible experience here.
I had a Groupon for the SilkPeel facial treatment. At $ 99 «valued at $ 250» it still felt pretty steep (a quick Google shows most SilkPeels are about $ 100 anyway), but I thought it might be worth it and shucks, it was my birthday. So I booked with «Kim,» who said it would take an hour, and showed up at my appointment time.
There were no other clients in sight, but the two ladies at the welcome desk barely looked up as I (admittedly looking a little shleppy) came in. After a few awkward minutes standing there and being ignored I finally cleared my throat and said «Hi, I have an appointment with Kim.»
«That’s me,» said one of the ladies and kept on with her filing. The other one gave me a 7-​page form and told me to have a seat, «we’ll get you right in.»
I started dutifully filling out the form, but as the questions got more and more probing (SS, emergency contact, info on my family doctor, the three things about my appearance I wanted to change, health history), I paused and went back to the desk. It’s just a facial, I sheepishly said. She told me to just give her the form. Kim would be with me right away.
By the time I had been waiting all by myself in the waiting room for a half hour, I popped my head into the front desk and asked when I might be seen. «Just in a few minutes,» Not-​Kim snapped.
Fifteen minutes later, I checked again. «Just a few minutes.» Soon Kim walked up and stuck out her hand, unsmiling, and led me into a room. Perhaps she wasn’t smiling because she had just been freshly Botoxed. Her eyebrows had that permanently surprised look and her mouth had me playing guess-​the-​procedures. (Facelift? Collagen?) I only mention these shallow details about her appearance because we are in a plastic surgeon’s office and they seem relevant.
No sooner have I gotten into the room, and she walks out to get a blanket. Comes back and drops the blanket on the floor and says we can’t use that one. Leaves again and is gone for a few more minutes, and I can hear her having a conversation with another lady about how I’ll just have to lie on top of the sheets. She comes back in, tells me to lie on the sheets, and then asks if I’d like a blanket (yes, please), and puts the throw blanket from the back of a chair on me.
OK, I’m ready for a relaxing facial at this point. She turns on a mist (lavender or lemon are my choices; I go with lavender, which is nice) and says she needs to go get water. She is gone for another 10 minutes. At this point my blood is boiling. I have to get home to my infant. I am about to get up and ask for my money back when she returns. I say I have a babysitter and it’s already been an hour. «Our computers are down,» she says, again as if I’m bothering her.
So then she starts the facial, and smears something on my face. I have to ask what she’s putting on there. She vaguely says, «an infusion treatment.» She proceeds to put a few things on and wipe them off without telling me what she’s doing. The SilkPeel itself is a buzzy little machine, feels almost like a tiny electric razor that squirts goop. The goop gets into my eye. It starts burning. She tells me it shouldn’t burn and encourages me to open my eye. Against my instinct, I do, and it burns much worse. She seems more annoyed than apologetic, and dabs at it with a watery cloth until the stinging subsides.
And so proceeds my facial, with Kim silently, sullenly going through the motions without telling me what she’s doing, without talking to me about my skin or making any recommendations, slaps on some SPF 40 sunscreen (which I would have declined had I a say in the matter), and it’s all over within 45 minutes or so.
My skin doesn’t look noticably any different than before, I’m out $ 99, I’ve wasted 2 hours instead of 1, and I’m PO’d instead of relaxed.

Had an amazing experience just a few weeks ago.
I was so pleased that I decided to give Dr. Keller another chance.
Competant and knowledge lady helped me and then had Dr. Keller come in and speak with me also. I was wowed this time around — THANKS SO MUCH.
