He will listen carefully to your goals and concerns and work closely with you to create a customized treatment plan. David S. Goldberg, M.D. is a board-​certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who combines an artist’s eye with extensive knowledge and experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery to achieve beautiful, natural enhancements for his patients.

I am one of a few patients that received stomach lipo from him and got dents in my stomach. He told a lady and myself who later talked about how he deformed our bodies and he blamed it on us wearing jeans after. Well I don’t wear jeans! He should not be doing smart lipo.

Dr. Goldberg is one of the finest plastic surgeons! Our family cannot thank him enough for the knowledge, support and guidance he gave our family when our son was in a devastating accident. Right from the start my experiences with Dr Goldberg were amazing! His caring demeanor and how genuine he was, not to mention all of his extensive knowledge in the area of breast augmentation. He made making a life changing decision very easy. He is the best Surgeon on the Peninsula. He gave me exactly what I wanted and his staff was phenomenal as well. Everyone there is just so nice and down to earth. One lady in particular named Connie really took the time to talk with me and make sure I was comfortable and got everything taken care of and answered before my surgery. Dr Goldberg is truly an artist at what he does. He takes his time to make sure to give you optimum results and what you want! One of my favorite things about him was he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience and even post op! So happy to have found him and his staff!!! Thank you!

Dr. Goldberg performed a mini-​facelift on me in December, 2013, and may I just say, I am a very happy woman! He took his time with me prior to the surgery, letting me know the details and all of my options. He really listened to me and took into consideration all of my concerns and what outcome I was hopeful for. I still see the doctor every 3 months for my little dose of botox and go in for my regular facials to maintain the fitness of my skin. Dr. Goldberg and his staff are phenomenal at educating his patients about skin maintenance and how to prevent further damage. I am a very happy 42 year old woman who has been given back the confidence to smile in pictures with her family again. Thank you Dr. Goldberg and staff!!!

Just went with my wife for a post-​surgical follow-​up appointment with Dr. Goldberg. While undergoing any cosmetic surgery can be stressful, not only to the patient but also their spouse, Dr. Goldberg spelled everything out so clearly and realistically. From the initial consult, to the procedure day, and the attentive follow-​ups, my wife and I have both been extremely satisfied with the results as well as Dr. Goldberg and his staff’s professionalism… highly recommend this office.

Dr. Goldberg is a skilled surgeon who makes sure his patients are safe, well cared for and informed. Procedures are explained to you in detail, so that when you go into surgery, your expectations are realistic, and you know exactly what to expect. The office and staff is beautiful, comfortable, and the level of care is top notch. I always feel well cared for and my feelings and concerns are valued and heard. I would recommend this practice and will never go anywhere else.

Dr Goldberg was the on call surgeon when I was involved in an accident that required a plastic surgeon. I was appalled by his HORRIFIC bedside manner and ego. His office failed to return numerous calls to schedule my follow up appointment. In fact they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I would never recommend this clinic or doctor. In my experience with plastic surgeons, this is the worst.
I was apparently too vague in my initial review so let me remind Dr. Goldberg of the specifics of my treatment. When I asked for general anesthesia Dr. Goldberg said no. Then I asked for something to calm my anxiety before having four deep and severe laceration to my face sewn up, he agreed to Ativan. But instead of waiting for the anesthesiologist to administer it Dr. Goldberg went at my face repeatedly with a needle of Lidocaine. I am not sure how that constitutes exceptional care or professional manner. Additionally I was VERY clear in my ONE conversation w/​your office that I was able to be flexible for my follow up appointment and then never heard back, even after repeated voicemails.
I am fairly confident the only reason after 16 days I received any communication from your office was an attempt to save face in light of this review.

Dr. Goldberg is such an amazingly talented and caring surgeon. I have seen Dr. Goldberg and his staff for 3 years now for ongoing skin treatments. When I received a chemical peel recently I was amazed at the wonderful follow up he and his lovely staff members, like Tiffany provided. He called that night to check on my comfort and also was quick to respond when I had questions about my progress. He even asked me to send him daily pictures to help monitor my progress. This beautiful office is welcoming, caring, and always professional. I will call this place home for my skin treatments for a long time. Thank you Dr. Goldberg and staff!

I honestly cannot believe the disappointment and lack of professionalism at this place. I was scheduled to receive a breast reduction in December of 2013. Not only did it take 8 months to even schedule because the insurance was «supposed to approve it» but they somehow lost the pictures of my visit too. I live in Los Angeles and my parents live in Monterey County and had already asked for the time off in advance, it gets worse.
I finally was able to get a call from this place and get told the insurance approved the surgery so it can get booked and they schedule it for December 19th. On December 18, the receptionist calls and says, «I was out of town for a couple of days and left a note but I guess no one scheduled the surgery.»
I already was at work ready to drive to monterey county right after and she calls and says that. So we go back and forth over and over until she speaks to my mother later on. I’m 20 years old and under my parent’s insurance and another lady goes, «I don’t know whether you are coming with your daughter tomorrow or not but make sure she has the $ 7,500» and my mother says, «Isn’t that why we waited 8 months for insurance?» and the lady goes, «We don’t take insurance.»…KIDDING ME? 8 months later and your going to tell us that. This is a joke. Also the receptionists were really damn rude. I don’t remember the elder lady’s name or maybe she wasn’t elder maybe she smoked too many cigarettes but she was the rudest of them all. You would think at a fancy place like this they would know true customer service but this was just wrong. The ladies sounded old enough to have good experience on how to treat a customer and this was ridiculous.
DO NOT GO HERE.
they do not care for your procedure or make you feel comfortable whatsover.
I was barely told of the process at all.
SO i went to a new surgeon in Santa Cruz and meet her once and she’s ready to schedule it next week. Not waiting 8 months for nothing.
And if any of the receptionists are reading this I want to you thank you for your disgusting ways of handling business because whether I was paying with insurance or out of pocket I still should be treated just as equally as anyone else. Thank you for having me waste 8 months of continuous back problems and pain for a surgery that I thought was worth waiting for, instead of actually never happening.
P.S I’m not the type to complain on Unilocal I actually only signed up just to complain about here lol I don’t know if the surgeon is good, however the receptionists really need training on customer service because there behavior is so unprofessional I don’t even know how they even got hired here

I went to an evening presentation and was very impressed with Dr. Goldberg’s approach regarding the cosmetic procedures he performs in his office.
His staff is professional and knowledgable. I have had most of my contact with his clinical esthetician, Carol, who is wonderful. If you are looking for a fabulous treatment, go see Carol. She has that special quality of making you feel cared for pampered, and educated!
Your skin will never have looked so good, no matter your age!!!

Recently got Juvaderm injections under eye and in upper lip. Dr. Goldberg, whom I have a secret crush on was great! Gentle, nice, complimentary and handsome as always. His staff is very attentive and helpful. The price is steep $ 620 for one syringe but you pay for what you get, and when it comes to needles and chemicals being shot into my undereyes and lips, well I’m not up for taking chances and neither should you, so go with the best.
