This place is a scam! The sell groupons but do not honor them! They are never open, I’ve been here 4 times and they are never open! The one time they were open it looked like they were going out of business, no stock… Half the lights were turned off! I was told they didn’t have the battery and they would come in the next day! Called nope they didn’t come in… But was told they have my number and would call me! Nope! Never heard from them, tried calling the number on technicians card. DISCONNECTED! Really STAY AWAY!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They ripped me off and my wife. I went there because I had an old laptop that was running slow. I wanted to see if they can make it faster. They did but only for a week or two. I never use this laptop only for certain things and after just using it twice in went back to being very slow. Then my wife went over there to fix the screen on my sons laptop which was a touch screen. They charged her $ 300 and the screen wasn’t centered properly. It also had what looked like a big wet spot in the center and the screen no longer worked as a touch screen. We called the number we had always used and someone answered saying it was the wrong number. We also once drove by around 3pm to see if they were there and they were but we didn’t have the laptops. they said they’d be there till six we came back in an hour and they were gone. WE GOT RIPPED OFF A TOTAL OF $ 400 and they never bothered to call us back even when we left notes in their mailbox. If the owners of this business read this its David and Elizabeth Crespo. You know who we are because we leave notes and voice messages and you never call back. I am in the real estate community in Montebello and my kids go to the schools nearby and will tell everyone how I was treated and ripped off by you guys.

Found this place by looking at there Instagram. I may say they provided the best customer service ever! I walked in and had my iPhone 6 and my iPad screen changed in 1 hour. I can say the guys here are very professional and know what they are doing! Also they gave me a free tempered glass to protect my phone and my iPad! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family! Thank you guys for the best service!

So it’s crazy, I randomly went on Unilocal to find a place to fix my phone cause the screen shattered. This place came up and of course has 5 stars so naturally that means they do things right. Well… not in my case. I took it there, and ya bummed cause my phone was shattered but nonetheless they made me feel like everything was going to be ok. Well they said come back in an hour and a half, so I was gone maybe 30 min. Surprise surprise, he said something was wrong. He tells me the LED went out cause he didn’t see the Crack on the inside. Ummm isn’t that your job. So after paying him the money, he tells me come back the next day. Leaving me w/​o a phone for the evening. Ya granted big deal, but it’s a bigger deal when you got to get somewhere and cant contact ANYONE cause the tech guy didn’t see there was a Crack and messed up the LED. To top it off they just stood there saying it happens. Ummm you have 5 stars… clearly it doesn’t just happen if you do your job right. So I go back the next day and they put the screen and a tempered glass cover. Well over the weekend it starts lifting. Take it back Monday and they say they were rushed. Well first of all its your job to do it right and give me the proper time. So I came back when I was told to. So monday they fix it AGAIN! so for the whole week I’m good… UNTIL… surprise surprise, the whole screen starts lifting AGAIN!!! And all he can say is… I was rushed. Seriously… so disappointed in this place. Never again will I come here. To top it off no kind of compensation, no sympathy.. just a dumb founded look on his face saying oh well we can do it again. Damn, ridiculous. My phone is still acting up but they aren’t going to do anything about it. Ridiculous customer service.

Great experience coming here today. Was a little hesitant at first due to the few reviews; but their price was the best from all the other places I contacted about replacing my iPad mini screen. They were able to get it done same day and the work was perfect. I highly recommend.

My son cracked the screen on his dad’s LG G2. We need it to get it fixed as soon as possible i called so many other repair shops & no one had the parts. they said it would take 2 – 3 days. Until I found this shop on here I called & they said they had the screen but to take the phone in & see if it needed any other parts if it did they would go to a different store to pick up the part. So I Went In The Said They Would Fix It With in 4 hours & they did! It was not as expensive as all the other stores I called & I got it back the same day. If my phone ever cracks I’ll definitely come here again & I’ll be recommending to all my friends & family. Thank you for the great service! !!!

AVS saved the day! My iPad screen broke and needed it repaired ASAP.
The guys here were friendly and had it repaired in a timely.

I was in a real jam and AVS hooked me up! They provide great service, the team is very knowledgeable and Andrew really took the time to help me out! I’ve been told by lots of other businesses taught my iPad can’t be repaired but AVS was able to do it!
