Terrible customer service!!! That bold tall guy is extremely rude and arrogant and liar!!! This is not the first time he charges me more for my plan, calling it some kind of fees!!! That place should be closed!!!

I crack the screen on my iPhone at least once a month. Lol. These guys are great! So quick and efficient. This time they put a double screen hoping It’ll be a few months before I crack my screen again!

Great service, no wait line and quick job with any service. Abel is the man there. You have any question regarding your phone or service he will make sure you walk away happy.

I am sooooo happy with my phone! It finally works and looks brand new! Other repair stores have always repaired my phone and I’ve still had issues but this repair store really delivered what they promised!

Five stars for being able to fix my cracked screen (cracked to the point where every swipe could result in a bloody massacre of my fingers) without giving them any warning to my arrival or the state of my phone in a quick 30 minutes.
Five stars for having a Unilocal Deal, which is what drew me in to this location after another location (cheaper) down the road didn’t have the iPhone 5S screen in stock.
Something off about the whole visit though, as the $ 100 rate to fix the phone seemed to come out of thin air, as if the gentleman figured he’d just shoot a number out and see if I’d flinch. I did because I knew the place down the street was substantially cheaper, but even though I worked at the Saugus Speedway Swap Meet for pretty much all of my teenage years, I just don’t have it in me to play the game, so I acquiesced to his original offer. With the Unilocal Deal it was $ 80, plus a $ 2 fee to use my CC since they use Square to process their transactions and instead of absorbing the cost or adding it to the price, they blatantly charge their customers for it. Kind of a turn off.
All in all, my phone feels and looks brand new and it cost me $ 92 total. Not too shabby, but I know it could have been less shabbier (more shabbier?) elsewhere.

i went in yesterday. i had one guy working there but he was fast and very helpful. couple of people waiting, but no one longer than 10 minutes. he helped me with my cracked screens, unlocking, and a few more things. and not only was he so nice, fast, but they were the cheapest i found in LA after calling so many people. Great service!

I came here to get a new phone last month and I was really impressed with the selection of phones. I usually never go to independently run wireless stores, but I heard about the great deals here so I thought I would stop by. I’m glad I did! I got the phone I was looking for and the guy there was so nice and helpful!
